They randomly go on break, leave a hand-written note on the door, and then lock the door. Do not risk driving here unless you want to be stuck waiting 20+ minutes for them to get back!(Note: I arrived on Monday at 4:40pm just to find a sign saying they’d be back at 5:10pm)

Went in trying to find an alternative on protein powder. Kurt was very helpful and gave good alternatives on other areas of my diet. Haven't had an experience like such in a while. 5 Stars.

why are they not open at 10am when their hours are 10am-7pm? where are the employees. its January 19th and its not a holiday. they should be open unless the staff who were supposed to open this store slept through the alarm. its 15 minutes passed 10 and there is no sign of life in there.

There is a store clerk with a strong brother who puts great pressure on me...
Asked me if I wanted to help. After I said no, I kept asking and kept walking over to see what I was doing. I felt like I was treating Asians as thieves.
Maybe it's because he looks young when checking out
He also asked me if the card was his own?
Dumbfounded...so stressed...

I expected to walk in here today and use the coupons that were sent to me from GNC. But they had expired on a Saturday instead of on a Sunday so that customers can shop all weekend. However, all was not lost as Frank, the salesperson, was able to work out the products with incentives to still make it worthwhile for me to make my purchases. Now that's customer service!

This business has the best return policy because if you don't like it withing 30 days you can return it. However, they should have a way to sample so that there won't me many returns. I'm very happy with the customer service at this location.
