although I like this wonderful store, now avoid going there anymore: They are capturing your face on an AI platform, (Artificial Intelligence) - at the auto check out registers newly set up. The attendant said "If you don't like it, then don't shop here. There are posters on the windows to warn people we are capturing and sharing your personal data and personal information!!". Wow, count me out. All they need now is barbed wire fences.

What a total crappy Home Depot. They know there is a ton of parking lot cars getting broken into and tools getting stolen, and do nothing to support the contractors that buy their products. My friend was in the store for 10 minutes and his van door was broken into, all tools stolen. When he went in to see if there were any camera footage he could see, they said they needed a subpoena from the police! They were rude and could care less. Shame on this store. If you shop here bring an empty clunker for a car/van.

Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Marina Del Rey Home Depot straight attitude Signal Hill Home Depot worst attitude don't let me even get on the Lakewood Home Depot. All those three need to take some advice from you all.

Excellent customer service!!! Went to get paint match, the gentleman at the paint section told me that my sample would be done in five minutes. Which gave me the chance to shop around for a few necessities. Was help by another guy by the cleaning section as well. Everyone had a great attitude, got awesome recommendations. Extremely recommended

Our three children have attended each kids workshop on the first Saturday of the month every month this year... today was the first time we had a complaint. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Ricardo about our concern. He listened. He was respectful and understanding. I felt heard and satisfied with the situation. But it wasn't over. Ricardo took the time and care to follow up with me and the kids. An associate of the store, Raul, delivered projects for our boys as well as beautiful poinsettias! We are blown away at the concern and care given to our communication this morning. Thank you Ricardo and Raul!

Worst management ever. They won't help you to get rebar from outside. All rebars are inside the store,so if you purchase 50 units of 20' long you have to get it from inside, one by one. Amazing!!

I go to pick up an online order and the lady asked me if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed so I said emailed. When I got to the door this lady asked for my receipt even though it was marked with my name. I said it was emailed and started to look on my phone. She made this huge deal about it and screamed out "Do we email receipts!" Like what a &&*^, I just told her, did she think I was lying? Can't even do your simple brainless job right.

This place is a disaster and the worst Home Depot ... constant mess, aisles constantly blocked with no one working in them, items out of stock, items not where they are supposed to be, online orders don't get fulfilled for pickup, etc etc etc... Go to Lowes or drive to another Home Depot ... this one is terrible and has been that way since I can remember..

Chris Lewis & Martha Mendoza are amazing! They are phenomenal with their work ethic, their ability to help with our every need and they were super helpful. We came in with a lot of questions and left with the furniture set we needed amongst other things. Home Depot can be a confusing place and you made everything so much easier. It was a pleasure coming to this store and we will be back. Customer service unmatched any where else.

warning: if you have anything delivered it will be: a) damaged, b) delivered by a sub company with zero liability to home depot, c) all liability placed on you as the consumer/customer, d) zero refund if order is not found being returned by the sub company who picked up said damaged or dissatisfied product, e) most importantly left up to you as the consumer/customer to investigate and file claims!

Thank you for helping people before a major storm. Just came by to pick up 10 bags of sand for the hurricane. I was referred by the MDR location that was sold out. I pre purchased the sand bags online. I arrived at the store and the guy at customer service was incredibly helpful and walked me over to the place to pick up the sand. There was a male employee waiting by the sand area ready to help me. He told me where to bring my car. I brought my car around, him and a few other great employee's put the sand bags in my car. There is a hurricane coming and we live in a flood zone. Every employee went above and beyond to help during a stressful situation. I watched these employee's help at least 4 other customer purchase and load sand bags. Thank you!! Online customer and phone customer service was also helpful especially after learning there's a hurricane.

The first time they were wrong (more than $300) the order never arrived, it just said "delayed" then it took more than 3 months to return my money, then out of necessity I trusted again and made a next order, because every year I have to buy a lot from them for my work but there are things that are not in the store and should only be online.... I trusted and asked this time for more than $500 (In my mind it was not going to happen again and guess what? Yes again) I still wait for my order while they play with my money... totally disappointed, totally unfair..... We are talking about one of the most famous store in the country.? UNACCEPTABLE!

Went to Home Depot to get a Door. Alex was the person who helped us. I like when you ask a lot of questions and answers it with no problem and knows what he's talking about. Customer service is a big part of the buying experience . Thank you Alex you were awesome.

NO open check stands with Cashiers. ZERO for a publicly traded big box store! I had to ask to see a manager and wait for her to show. I don't do self checkout.

We went to Home Depot to get some paving stones. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Eric (from the electronics department) who helped load up the materials we needed and Maria (from the garden center) who assisted him. The two cashiers in the garden center were also very helpful and friendly, but I did not get their names.
