I have been going here before it became Home Depot (was Home Base then). Lately my experience with customer service from Louise (the manager) was a very good experience, and he made me feel like a valued customer. We need people that care about their clients. Good job Louise, and thank you!

Horrible customer experience stood around for like 45 minutes waiting for someone to come to the tool section, and I asked several Employees at the check out lines if I cant get help and they all seemed to have an attitude. I couldn't even get what I wanted, get better at attending to your customers.

I write reviews for this store multiple times a week and usually praise the employees for their excellent service. However, this week has been very disappointing, not because of the employees but due to the system itself. One aspect I have always appreciated is the veteran discount, which shows Home Depot's appreciation for those who have served our country. Unfortunately, they have now stopped offering this discount. The employees try to explain the reasons, but the excuses they provide make no sense.
It's disheartening to see Home Depot take away a simple 10% discount, especially after many of us have spent thousands of dollars at the store. This decision feels like a slap in the face. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds this unethical and disappointing. I plan to share my experience widely to inform my fellow veterans about the decline in your company's values and ethics.

Most of the staff at this depot are professionals!
There is a depot, but even if you ask about something you don't understand and go to the location indicated by the store clerk, I've never found one.
However, the staff here really support the place!

Amazing service from the associate Summer in appliances, she's the reason I went through with my new fridge purchase. She answered all our questions in the most polite way and was just so very helpful!! She's an example of what Great customer service should be !! I highly recommend you ask for her for your appliances purchases.

The workers are always helpful at this Home Depot, and they always seem to know where to find things how to solve problems. It’s great for something as simple as making a copy of a key. The worker went above and beyond to make sure that I looked at the different options of the key and different styles Along with the keychain so I highly recommend going to this Home Depot than other ones .

This is the second time I have been in the garden department and the lady working the register was rude about the lines to check out, who's next, who they (register workers) will call next. Please out a sign up and make it clear. There is a way to communicate to your customers....and it does not have to be in a crabby AUTHORITIVE way....if you want to keep your customers. Be nice...each day is a blessing and be happy!
