To whoever curious because spray paint was locked up, you should know that that's a California criminal law requirement. It's not Lowe's fault. (If you want to look for somebody to blame blame taggers.) I also think the public should know that they offer discounts to seniors but you do have to ask. I'm not crazy about any of the huge stores because I really don't want 10,000 choices I just want some reasonable ones so that I can pick--but I can guarantee you the store has never mistreated me in any way shape or form.

I had to buy many, many buckets of APCO Silicone roof coating from Lowes. I got them from 3 different locations, depending on convenience. However, Pamela Ho, Prosales Specialist, at the Hawthorne location was able to work with me and provide the most advantageous pricing for my company! Thank you!

I decided to go to Lowes home improvement today to purchase a few items and happen to go in the paint depth an had the pleasure to meet a very helpful gentlemen name Miquel I told him what color paint I needed he went above and beyond to take care of my needs explained everything to me in regards to what kind of rollers I would need to get the Job done thanks Miguel you're 5 star in my book great customer service

I am writing this review on behalf of my father in law. He went in yesterday to exchange his lawn mower. The service was bad at first, but then asked for the manager Ericka who went above and beyond on assisting my father in law. The value of this time should last longer.

I went there to do some shopping, and there were area rugs on sale that caught our eye. My husband and I couldn't get a one for an employee getting them all. She was getting them and storing them in the break room. She didn't purchase them immediately. Then, I saw some more rugs on stand-by near self check out, and I asked her, "Are those yours to? She replied no. Then, as we went to get one another, the employee stopped me and said they belonged to someone. We were stuck with an open rug. Then we got the rug home to find out it was damaged. What a total inconvenience. All we wanted was one rug, but the employees took them all for themselves. Don't put them out if the customer can't comfortably purchase one. Also, the girl was on her phone asking the person she was getting them for was that it? Damn, you pretty much got them all. Management needs to let them know they shouldn't do that. Or don't put them out for the customers. The girl was acting like a vulture with the rugs. She even had another employee, a guy helping her to move them or store them in their breakroom near self check out.

I have never gone to this store and not received a greeting and a person asking me if I would like some assistance. Do I need to find anything? Can I help you? What a difference from Home Depot where are you you have to spend three days to find someone to answer a question. Way better store

A HUGE shout out to Ed!!! One of the great floor associates at Lowe's!! He saved me hours in the electrical department. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! (and that isn't even his department!!!) He even came up to me and asked me if I needed help on a busy Saturday morning. I didn't have to wander the aisles wasting precious time looking for somebody to help me! This nice man is an incredible asset to Lowe's!! I'm definitely coming back to Lowe's because of the service I received from Ed! Thanks again, Ed! YOU ROCK!!!

Five stars to Lowe's! I needed flooring and had no clue what I was doing. The area manager talked me through the process and helped me make a great informed decision. The sales person Jesus was also super friendly and helpful. I ordered my flooring. A couple of weeks later it arrived. Customer service helped me load it in my cart. I was off and on my way! Reasonable prices. Amazing service!

The staff in the bathroom area is the worst service I have ever had in my life. I noticed that three workers helped me and they told me immediately that we helped them and it was like an hour and no one ever came up to me. I asked to speak to the manager.

It took us 2 visits, 3 telephone calls and being on hold 2 hours to be told today that water heaters are exchanged-only. No return, reimbursement or store credit allowed. That's bad business! Stick a fork in me because I'm completely done!!!
