Called metro to get a breakdown of the charges. They stated phone, taxes with no activation fee. Called this store, spoke to a representative name Marcos. Marcos said they have the iPhone 12 in stock. Came in, first tried to sell me accessories. Thankfully, he wasn't pushy. Then, tried o add a $99 activation fee. I told him what metro customer service said and he said ha HAS to charge what his computer shows. Then I agree and said I'll call and handle the issue with metro. He then randomly goes to the back of the store and comes back. All of a sudden, he talked to a coworker who said that someone already paid for the phone and could no longer sell it. Then said also all of a sudden he may not have to charge the activation fee..except that the phone was sold. It's obvious that the phone wasn't sold, they are out to scam people and when he realized he couldn't scam me then he made up a story. He said he's the manager by the way.

As you all already know phones are a scam and they try to up sell your and don't give many options.. so do you're research. Their insurance they offer, I paid for almost a year and they wouldn't honor replacing my phone. I got stuck with 4 phones all phones are broken and there's nothing they can do!

If I could I would give them negative stars. I just wanted a new phone. Told her I just wanted the same plan nothing else. She signed me up for a premium plan and a second line for additional monthly charges without telling me. I do not recommend this location. Horrible Absolutely horrible.

This is the same owner as the store st 3141 W Century Blvd in Inglewood. They sold me an iPhone SE 2nd generation instead of the 3rd generation that was advertised in their promotion and said that I could return the phone but that they would cancel my account and I would lose my phone number. I had to get my credit card company involved to resolve the fraud.

There were two employee's, one helping a couple and the other one sitting down; I'm thinking he's on lunch because he was on his phone.More customers come in and the 2nd employee still ignoring everyone. He got up and went to the computer and he was smiling and looking at something on the computer. The other guy still helping the couple. One of the customers that came after me looked confused and tells his son that the guy is free but the son looked at me as I was there before so he just waits. Minutes later the employee finally asks how can he help.If you are on break please don't hang around where customer can see you and you're just ignoring the customers!This generation is just something else!
