Just starting out with the NACA process. Although the program has many requirements, our counselor has been helpful at guiding us in the process. The NACA helpline has also been very helpful when we have run into technical issues on our account. The program offers the best rate, no down payment or PMI. That alone makes this process worthwhile. Thank you NACA for providing us with this wonderful opportunity.

So glad we were referred to the NACA program! The counselor is very helpful and has made the process exciting and very smooth — she explains every step/actions needed and is pretty quick to respond to our calls and emails with questions. I am currently in the stage of preparing my documents, which can seem stressful, but NACA has made the process feel manageable through clear guidance and support. The website is very organized and walks you through each step in an easy-to-follow way. My counselor has been patient, comforting, and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. They are timely and prompt, which I really appreciate during such an important stage. It’s more than just a program—it truly teaches you and guides you toward success in becoming a homeowner.
