Terrible! They messed up my birthday jacket that cost a lot of money. I took it to them to get it altered and I go to pick it up and I know for a fact there was no hot glue on my jacket zippers. The guy claimed it was already there and blamed the maker of the jacket. The lies. I wouldn’t have taken the jacket to get it altered if it was messed up especially a mess like that… I will never take my items back to that shop due to them ruining my jacket. They took no accountability for the damage they done and put the blame on someone else when it was most definitely their fault, that’s just really bad business.

Me and my babymomma be doin laundry at the wash house next door to the cleaners and I seen the cleaners people bringing clothes to wash in washers at the laundry mat next door I'm thinking why they doin that they should be washing them in their machines. They making money off people paying for dryclean n they not dryclean.

I came to the business two times. Business hours or incorrect they are not open on Sunday and there are not open on Saturday.

Once this place was great and I had gone to them for years then their service and reputation just started taking a nosedive. First they got Rid of same-day services and said next day is available. As long as you drop off by 10 AM. This was 2 weeks ago. I go in today to have one shirt and one pair of pants done and they tell me I can't pick it up until almost Closing time on Wednesday. It's 915am Monday morning currently. Now next day services are no longer available. When I asked the lady in the front why they keep removing services that help make it convenient for their customers she just rolled her eyes and said "I don't know do you wanna leave your shirt or not?" At one point this place was great not anymore though :(

I'm not sure why people decide to leave only bad reviews when they patronize a business once! This place has great service and beyond reasonable prices. They even give you recommendations if you're getting something tailored. I have been to other places in the area and trust me when I say it's nothing compared to this cleaners. I've been coming here for some time and no complaints thus far. Things that I was uncertain about getting fixed or cleaned they surpassed my expectations! If I would give you one word of advice would be to try it before you let one bad apple ruin your services at this cleaners!
