The associate gave me great recommendations for what I needed to dye my hair from blonde highlights to auburn. She recommended a protein filler before the dye which made a huge difference and I wouldn't have known about if she hadn't told me. Thank you for your help and knowledge!

After working a 9 hour shift I proceeded to come in and grab some hair color. I was understanding that the sales associates were already assisting customers as I also work high end retail. Me waiting five minutes turned into me waiting 10 minutes. I had to wait for the sales associate Joanna to finish up her 15 minute conversation with a woman who blatantly lacked consideration for other customers. I then began to hear slick comments from the unprofessional sales associate by the name of Joanna stating “I don’t care, hair is supposed to be fun” as if me waiting and becoming frustrated was a joke. After 20 minutes she asked her co-worker was she helping me and she replied no. Every race from Mexican to the bubbly caucasian woman received help but the little black girl was standing there having to wait until she finished her conversation with the blonde. I will never shop or spend my money here again! All money is good and you don’t pick and choose favorites with customers!!!!

Natalie was extremely helpful when I walked in. She approached me 2 mins after I entered the store. I just needed big bobby pins for my daughter's performance. Natalie engaged into our conversation and seemed interested. I appreciate it, it shows she cared and her customer service skills.

Walked in and didn’t get greeted by the other three female employees with bland hair at the registers but the female in the back with the teal blue hair was a sweetheart, helped me out and gave me advice with other products. She was a 10/10

Staff seems to want to socialize more than helping customers. Yesterday it took them forever to notice me and ring me out for a hair dye i wanted. Today, i returned the dye and the male in the store looked at my transaction in a discriminatory manner. No i didn't steal your product and i came back with an unopened product and yesterdays receipt in hand. I shouldn't have had to explain myself as to why the color didn't work out for me. I simply changed my mind. This location always seems to give me a hassle in returning anything i buy..past and still present.

This review is for store #1363. I met the store manager Jereme H a few months ago when I needed help with my hair color. He was wonderful and super helpful, he guided me through the process of fixing my hair color. The store is very clean and as soon as you walk in, the employees greet you and are willing to help. Taylor and Denise gave me the worse Sally's experience ever. These two cashiers were rolling their eyes (between each other) talking about my need for service and frowning at me throughout my whole Sally's shopping experience. I have been a Sally's member/customer and licensed cosmetologist for over 25 years and I have never experienced this type of treatment. I will never buy products at Sally's ever again. I have never had a bad experience at Cosmoprof.Cosmoprof is where I will purchase all my products. This Hawthrone location needs a new manager or new employees and or all employees needs retraining. Corporate are you listening or do you care?

Best Sally's I've been to. The employee I forget her name, short frost blue hair, was so knowledgeable about colors. She helped get the perfect dark red with the perfect mixes of dye. Amazing thank you sooo much!!! Everytime I go to this Sally's I come out with more than expected but always worth it and needed.

We customers should read the return policy otherwise they keep half of your money of the item that is not even on the restricted items, I wish I had read it before I left this store.

Very rude customer service. The employee gave immaculate advice as if she was a hairstylist guaranteeing the outcome of my sisters hair. While I was explaining that I have done my sisters hair the employee was rolling her eyes and upselling my sister on products which would not cancel out orange tones and would create banding. Not sure of the employees name but we were literally just there.
