After doing a lot of research, I finally zeroed in on the exact car that I wanted. Once I knew that I wanted a 2020 Aviator, I found a few dealerships in LA that had them available and started making appointments. South Bay Ford had the exact one but it was an hour drive and I decided to look closer and see what was available near my home before committing an entire afternoon. I was flexible on interior color and there were several within 5 miles of my home.I know that the market has changed in the last few years so I walked into each one knowing that it might not be the right time to purchase a car, but still hopeful! I'm not sure if it's the market or just bad luck but I walked out of every local dealership pretty disappointed. I went back to the online search and that perfect one at South Bay Ford continued to pop up. I decided that it was worth a trek and called the dealership. Within the hour, Martin had called me and set up an appointment to meet the following day. Martin was great. He had the car ready and he was knowledgable about it, answering even my most random questions. I knew that afternoon that this was going to be my next car and we started the process. I am so incredibly happy that the other local Aviators didn't work out. I got the exact one that I wanted and the best part is that I walked out feeling great about the entire process. Martin was fantastic. I was not pressured in any way. He provided the info that I needed to make the right decision and when all was said and done, I was seconds away from actually hugging him. Buying a car isn't an easy process. There are many steps involved, transferring of funds, estimates, calculations, test drives, etc. It's a lot and once you've made the decision to buy something, you can only hope that you have a salesperson that you can trust and a dealership that stands by their products. I feel very good about buying through South Bay and have even recommended them to friends and family who typically shop locally in our area. I definitely recommend this dealership and if you can, work with Martin! He's incredible and has redefined the car buying experience for me.

I found this dealer by the great reviews at the end of last summer. I contacted them to put in an order in September of 2023 for the 2024 Ford Mustang, and Don Garner contacted me. He was helpful from START to FINISH!! Texts, phone calls, and email. Any questions I had, he had an answer.I picked up my car yesterday, and Marisela did my paperwork. She's awesome!!! Alphonso, the manager, was also very kind.There are NOT any hidden markup fees, and they are very straightforward. Don't have any doubts about this place or the team.

I'm not a fan of car shopping at all and was super unhappy that I was forced to after being hit by a drunk driver earlier this month. Decided to finally go with the fun car that I really wanted and was looking high and low online for the specific color and features that I wanted at the right price point. South Bay Ford had the car and Rick was awesome!!! He wrote up the deal prior to me getting there and didn't try to push hidden extra costs. He was transparent and gave me a good deal, making the process super easy and the 2 1/2 hour drive there worth it!! Thanks Rick!!

I had the best experience buying my car here! The first time I bought my Explorer in 2021 Mark has always checked in to make sure everything was good with my purchase! It's because of people like mark that I came back to purchase my 2024 mustang He introduced me to Andy and Chris where they introduced me to several options and made the sale smooth! Thanks to all 3 of them for making this purchase happen! Great job to the GM for hiring people like them!

I had the best experience working with Pete Trozzo who always looks out for the best deals. Never pushy or makes you feel uncomfortable. Just honest, hardworking & very smart. Once I decided on my new lease, Mark Jaime closed me out with signing. He explained everything and wasn't pushy to add in more things. Just made the offer, told me the details & let me decide. I appreciate that so much. These guys made leading a car delightful. This is my 4th lease at South Bay and these guys are a big part of why I return.

I want to thank the Amazing sales team of South Bay Ford for their 16 years of service. My family has purchased over 7 vehicles from SBF and they have not changed. Our recent purchase was for the new 2024 Maverick. Jeffry Trabanino our sales guy was amazing! He kept me updated and always there to answer any questions, until delivery of the vehicle. His level of customer service and knowledge was impressive. He handed me over to the finance guru, Mr. Mark Jaime. And lastly, Mr. Adolfo Toledo let my brother and son ring the bell to close the deal. Great experience from start to end! This sales team is a class act! Thank you gentlemen!

Extremely Rude female Cafe attendant lacked serious professionalism in her delivery, when being asked if the cafe was closed. Ford kindly provides a voucher for clientele to get something to eat or drink while waiting for one's car to be serviced, but fails to inform clientele of the very short window of time there is to place an order.Communication is key and would be ideal to implement South Bay Ford.

Custom ordered a truck which started off easy. Vehicle arrived with some transport damage. Dealer sent it off to be fixed and looks the shop they used did terrible work, the paint job looked like it was the persons first time painting a vehicle. Some have heard of "orange peel" way worse. NOW, for the problem = I cancelled the sale since the vehicle arrived damaged, no way was I going to buy a wrecked brand new vehicle. I had to fight for my 500.00 deposit to be refunded. Made several calls and often lied to about when the refund would post. Finally had to threaten to start calling one of the dealer owners at his home in order to get a refund. Once threatening that (i did have his phone number) finally got my refund. here is pictures of the "repaired" vehicle. Feel bad for whoever bouggt this vehicle if they bought it without noticing the damage.

For my job I need to purchase a number of company vehicles. It's usually one of my least favourite thing to do as I find most car dealer's extremely frustrating to deal with. This is not the case for South Bay Ford and in particular Vahag T. They were absolutely sensational to work with. Vahag was consistently responsive to calls and text for any questions I had. Vahag handled a considerable amount of admin for me in advance so that I only had to come to the dealer once when picking up my truck and signing the docs. Unlike other dealers I've encountered who insist I come face to face 2 or 3 times for asinine admin. The closing process with finance was also extremely smooth without fuss. The finance manager Jose and I put together an extended warranty that fit my needs and requirements as opposed to most finance managers that try and sell doom and gloom. I can't recommend them enough. Get in there and ask for Vahag.
