I had a wonderful experience at South Bay Ford. Don Garner was unbelievably educated, and helped talk me through SO MANY different cars. I was curious about so many vehicles. I was truly any salesmans worst nightmare because I was diligent on knowing everything I could about every vehicle. In other words, I didn't come with "a couple cars in mind" I came with every car in mind.Don educated me about EVERY vehicle I was curious about - especially Mach-E. He is so knowledgable on the Mach its insane.... the best vehicle and person to learn from.If you want a car.... come to Southbay and GET IT FROM DON!!!!

Will have my hard of hearing Mom deal with your service department next time. Not worth my time, effort, or energy to advocate for her. Tried to get the service department on the line at 5:30 on evening so that I may make an appointment for her the next morning. No one answered because the person who answers calls says they start cleaning up (even though they close at 6 pm). Luckily I called back and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Brought her car in and dealt with a service advisor who is her "regular" service advisor. Waited a bit but that's ok. What happened next befuddles me. He started out nice but I think he grew impatient with my (our) many questions. I almost feel like he doesn't like his job. After all, our business and questions allow him to have a job. In any case, when he called to tell me my Mother's car was ready, I asked if she could call him back so that she could schedule a pick up. He said, "I'll see what I could do" as if we were inconveniencing him and his schedule. I'm probably not conveying what I need to through this post review but all I know is- I will never recommend this service department nor ever entertain the thought of purchasing a Ford. I'll stick to courteous service reps at Toyota. Next time guys- you can deal with my Mom. I was simply trying to do you a favor!!! Good luck!

Was cool the wait times can be a bit more than expected even with appointment but overall its expected the staff and lobby is nice cozy and accommodating.

My 5 stars go to Eduardo Millan from The service department , my respects for this gentleman. When we talk about the best customer service he's the best.He looks for the solution to the problem , 5 stars for him I'm very satisfied with hes service .

PLEASE READ. If you're looking for a new whip but you don't want to waste time looking for someone who is honest and transparent up front, look for Jeffry Trabanino. My boyfriends car broke down and he was looking for a new Mustang, and me being the helicopter girlfriend did all my research and pulled up acting like I was a pro at this. Jeffry was so accommodating, so polite, and met every question and request with the utmost professionalism. He did not apply the type of pressure you normally see from sales folks, and ensured that the entire process was completely transparent and comfortable. He was up front with the pricing, provided cost comparisons, was knowledgeable about the car, and had the type of mannerism that was calm and extremely easy to work with. His manager, Gabino, was an extremely credible and very knowledgeable guy as well. He walked over and took the time to introduce himself and explain exactly how the process works and simplified it in a way that my hardass took in and really appreciated. If you have any questions, he's your guy. Super approachable, very experienced, and very well mannered. They were a power duo and my boyfriend and I walked out of the dealership extremely satisfied with the purchase, the professionalism, and the experience. Highly recommend

Went in for 2 recalls for my 2017 For Explorer. Which they handled with satisfaction. Unfortunately, when it came down to my real issue of trying to get a diagnostic of the vehicle's motor, they tried to get me to rent a vehicle for an unknown amount of weeks stating a time frame is impossible due to numerous reasons. I drove away feeling as if I was almost taken advantage of, especially since it's my family's vehicle, and must ensure their safety AT ALL COST. Thankfully, I spoke to someone else at a different dealership and set up a date to bring the vehicle in, which according to 'South Bay Ford' was impossible to do and possibly anywhere from 2/3 weeks to a 5 month waiting period FOR A SIMPLE DIAGNOSIS!!! All the while paying for a rental out of pocket...

After much time, research and many, many bad dealerships, I was blessed with this particular Ford establishment, and a quality Ford representative to match that led me to my dream car and a sweet deal I couldn't refuse. Purchased a certified Lincoln Navigator from this dealer. First time I turned on the AC, I noticed it only blows warm air. I informed the dealer, They told me to bring it next week. When I brought it in to get it checked, Enterprise car rental was taking an extremely long time for the rental to arrive. But Adolfo the sales manager thought outside the box and was able to accommodate me in a loaner vehicle immediately. He made me feel like a valued Lincoln customer, I really appreciate his wonderful customer service. I was able to get back to work in no time. Terry my salesman also took time to give me a call to assert me that my navigator would be fixed and everything would be fine. Thank you again for making my South Bay Lincoln experience a positive one!

Well our experience started out good. Walked around looked at some cars. Didn’t see what we want but then the sales men said he had something that was a lease return that hasn’t been checked in yet and shows it to us.We looked it up on the dealer website too see it’s photos it was listed at 32k. I asked if it was going to be certified used with 7yr/100k mike warranty and he stated yes since it’s 2018 and only has 21k miles.We end up having our baby the next day so we asked to hold it so we could purchase it. We did a credit application thinking we where getting the warranty and 32k price. Well dealership bait and switched us and wanted to charged 35k for the car and offered no warranty but wanted to charge me 4k for it.I ended having to make some calls to my ford board chairmen to get anywhere as we where just baited and switched by the shed car manager. Unfortunately dealer owner was on vacation so getting and form of help was out of question.Fast forward we now have had our credit pulled 13 times and the get the price to 32k. We then are forced to buy it as we don’t want anymore pulls on our credit. We get the car have It one night and it won’t start. Batteries exploded and corroded and after doing more look through there’s foreign objects inside my engine from the mechanic and nature. So it’s obvious no inspection was completed. After buying a new battery I text salesmen explaining situation and get nothing but rude response saying it’s my fault. I then call joe one of the managers and he states to bring it in for a new inspection.On my way I notice the SUV is wobbling all over the road. I bring it up and it turns out the new tires they put on it where not balanced. Not only did they give me a unsafe car for my new born child to get hurt in but they didn’t have any remorse. Now I’m hesitant to keep this car as I don’t trust it since obviously dealership doesn’t trust it and won’t warranty it.If your looking for a safe dealership go somewhere else. I can’t Believe dealership owner will operate a business this way or let his people bait and switch. I am giving the dealer owner a few days to reach out as my contact for the board said he would and if I don’t hear I’ll submit a complaint with the government for the bait and switch.

Worst service ever. I have been here 2x for recalls on my car. So I had to use the dealer. First time, I went to pick up my car and they lost it. Asked me what color it was and took 40 min to find the car. Second time. My appointment was 1:30pm with Eduardo and we showed up at 1:37 and was told that he was with a customer and would be with us shortly. We waited about 10 min. Then we were told he went to lunch and we had to wait. Then he called to tell me that we were late and he counted us as a no show. THEN when we went to pick up the car, they couldn't find it again. Asked us what color it was. Then they found the car----- but not the keys. So we waited another 45 min to find the keys. That finally were found only bc we looked for them. They are so disorganized and disrespectful.
