The associate Mr. Daniel was very courteous and very helpful professional. He was knowledgeable of all the different space storages. And just because of my experience today with him. I'm going to rent a storage at this location. This company needs to hire more professional with attitude like Mr. Daniel. And they should add him on the HR review hiring video for associates to learn the way you should treat customers.

I booked online and went to the facility to get my keys. I met with Daniel and he was very polite, soft spoken, and patient. He walked me through the facility and explained the process. He even helped me download the Extra Storage App and walked me through how it worked. Daniel exhibited great customer service and was a please to deal with!

Daniel, the manager, was extremely helpful and informative when my boyfriend and I were deciding on which unit to get. He keeps the place looking very clean, which is a big plus specially if you’re trusting to leave your items here. Overall I had a really good experience coming here today.

Fantastic experience. The manager of the location Daniel Peric could not have been more kind or helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and helped us when we had questions. The extent of his effort was incredible. The two professional movers who helped us move things into the storage facility said they had never met a storage facility employee much less the manager, anywhere near as knowledgeable and kind as Daniel. He should be running the entire company!

We visited the site on Sat 8/14 /2023 because we were shopping for a storage unit. The manager, Daniel, was extremely helpful, professional and upfront. Since this is the first time we are renting a storage unit, he helped us with the size needed for our storage needs, explained to us all the cost associated with renting the unit including one time admin fees, lock and insurance which no one told us on another storage place we visited. We truly appreciate all his help during this visit!
