I found StoreQest online. I don't know anything about storage units. I shopped around for 2 days, and this was the easiest, nicest experience. The online special was a great deal, everyone is nice, the customer service answered the phone ( a real live person), and they offered the space I needed (5 x5 reduced height). And I don't need a ladder to reach it! This storage company is also in a safe location. Cynthia has been extremely helpful. You won't regret renting a space here. :)

First time storage unit renter and my boy Ozzy (fellow Raiders fan) made the experience super easy! Answered all my questions exceptionally well. His customer service was 10/10. Got a tour of the compound and it’s very clean and well secured. Definitely recommend stopping by and speaking to Ozzy if you’re interested in renting a storage unit!

I have never rented storage, but I have a super quick move and after many calls, this location is where we landed. When I walked in, a guy named Ozzy with gorgeous hair greeted us and explained the rates and all necessary details. He was super friendly and straight-forward with the info! He got me signed up quickly and had us in and out fast! The manager, Cynthia is also amazing! She is super friendly and kind! She made it easy to get our boxes inside and was extremely helpful! Highly recommend!

Cynthia Hernandez is an excellent store manager at the Hawthorne location. I have been utilizing this StorQuest location for more than 3 years and she has gone above and beyond with communication, professionalism and creating a great customer satisfaction. She truly sets an amazing example of what customer service should look like and she is always there to help you along the way.
