Paid a visit to this location on March 22nd around 12:30pm. Honestly what I love about this target is that everything is in large quantity. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces. The store is wide and large and also very clean. I love the fact that they have everything you need from hygiene products to groceries. They also have awesome employees that's willing to go above and beyond to give you the help you need. One of those employees is Destiny. What I admired about her the most is that she realizes that some of the customers are up in age and it can tire them out running from aisle to aisle looking for what they need. So she takes the time to do the running so to speak to guide them to the products they need. A friend of mine that was with me was looking for a certain type of facial mask. We had asked a young lady that was doing some stocking and she just threw us a number that didn't exist. She told us to look and aisle number 38. There is no aisle 38. But after running into destiny we were directed where we needed to be. I also love the fact that they have a self checkout with plenty of registers. It was swift and easy. This is definitely one of my go-to locations.

I just stood in the men's sock dept waving my hand over that device for ten minutes. Not a single soul came to assist. TARGET you have locked your items up from the wrong people! If someone is going to steal, they will steal it RIGHT WHEN YOUR ASSOCIATE HANDS IT DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT PLACING IT IN AN ACRYLIC container or taking the time to walk the item to the front just as Walmart does.! So I will now drive to JCPENNEY where I can shop for what I want and not have to wait TEN YEARS for someone to show up. TARGET was so busy trying to prevent theft, that you have also PREVENTED PURCHASES.

This review is specifically for their drive up service! This service has been a lifesaver for me. The employees work so hard and I'm in the lot no more than 5 minute before I get my order. The target website and app make it easy for me to shop and even recommend deals. I do wish they had a larger produce section but otherwise this is a pretty standard target.

This is the closet Target to me. I always have to wait 5-10 minutes to get baby formula because it lock. I usually have people radio someone to come help me and it's annoying because my son doesn't do well in these kind of trip. For those to suggest drive thru pick up I had similar experiences.

I usually shop here and have no complaints except for one concern. I usually find what I need, and the staff are a pleasure with my check out needs. Stock usually goes out fast in the electronic department and stays that way for long periods of time with the Soundbar section, but with a good sale, that's usually every Target I frequent. I was there recently at this location, and I usually have good experiences. However, on one occasion, there was an underaged cashier who was not able to ring up Alcohol, which was a first experience for me. I would not have known if it wasn't for a kind customer in front of me turning around and noticing the beverages in my cart to tell me. How she knew I was not sure, but there were no visible signs stating this. I had unfortunately moved to another line and waited, which another customer probably wouldn't be really happy about as much as I just remained silent and thanked the woman for telling me. I wasn't thrilled about it, but I just appreciated knowing and not getting up to the young lady and getting turned away.

Dear Jeff and the Target Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from one of your outstanding employees, Tyanah, at the Hawthorn location. If you're Jeff and reading this, please ensure she gets the recognition she deserves, and I strongly recommend considering a raise for her impeccable dedication to customer satisfaction. Recently, my partner and I found ourselves facing an issue that required assistance from Target associates. Unfortunately, we encountered difficulties with multiple employees who seemed incapable of addressing our concerns. It was disheartening until we were fortunate enough to cross paths with Tyanah from Asset Protection. Tyanah went above and beyond to assist us with the problem we were facing, demonstrating a level of professionalism and expertise that truly stood out. In contrast to other associates, Tyanah not only resolved our issue but did so with a genuine willingness to help and a friendly demeanor that made the entire experience more pleasant. I feel compelled to bring to your attention the stark contrast between Tyanah's outstanding service and the less-than-satisfactory experiences with other associates, particularly Valerie and Destiny. Valerie, who claimed to be the higher manager, refused to assist us, and Destiny seemed too busy to fulfill her responsibilities. In light of these encounters, Tyanah's exceptional performance shines even brighter. In filing a complaint with Target, it became evident that Tyanah is an asset to your team. Her dedication, competence, and customer-centric approach reflect positively on Target as a whole. I strongly believe that employees like Tyanah deserve to be acknowledged and rewarded for their exceptional contributions. Jeff, you undoubtedly have a great employee in Tyanah, and I urge you to consider recognizing her hard work with a well-deserved raise. It's employees like Tyanah who make a significant impact on the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of Target. Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope Tyanah's efforts are acknowledged, and she continues to be a valuable member of the Target team. Also, I filed a complaint with target corporation. It could cast a cloud on the management and their judgment Disappointed with Customer Service Rating: Review: During my recent visit to Target, I encountered some disappointing customer service that overshadowed my overall experience. While I have had positive interactions with the staff in the past, this particular incident left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I arrived at the store with a specific item in mind and spent about 10 minutes searching for it. Eventually, I noticed an associate named Marilyn or Merna working in the area with a cart. I politely approached her and asked if she knew where I could find the Diet Green tea. She directed me to aisle 43, which was the next aisle over. However, despite my thorough search, I couldn't find the tea. I decided to seek Marilyn's help again, and when I informed her about being unable to locate the product, she immediately began questioning me. Marilyn asked if I had checked for it at this specific Target location. I explained that I had searched for it both on the Target website and in-store, which should have provided the correct information. Yet, she persisted and insisted on the exact location. Feeling a bit frustrated, I kindly asked if she could look it up on her device. This request seemed to irritate her, and she responded by saying that they were short-staffed and that she didn't work in that area. However, when I first noticed Marilyn, she was indeed working in the area. At that moment, Marcus, another employee, approached us and inquired about the issue I was facing. He quickly pulled up the aisle number on his device but informed me he only saw Lipton Ice Tea and not the specific Arizona Diet Ice Tea I was looking for. Nevertheless, he kindly joined me in the search and together we found the tea, albeit not the diet version. I appreciated Marcus' willingness to assist me in a friendly manner. In conclusion, I don't wish to pass judgment on Marilyn for her behavior, as everyone can have an off day. However, her response and unwillingness to help were disappointing. I sincerely hope she realizes that I wasn't trying to bother or annoy her and that she can learn from this experience. Despite this setback, I would like to commend Marcus for going above and beyond to assist me. His actions restored some faith in the customer service at Target.

I had an order that was cancelled while I was waiting in drive up to pick it up so I placed a new order the next day and called to double check before I drove up there again. Every single time I called they hung up on me. It was earlier in the day so I know it wasn't because they were busy. I got my order from Culver City and they have excellent customer service. They answered there phones and everything. Choose your target location wisely.

This target is the worst. First time here at this TARGET and i standing at the customer service t for 10 minutes. 2 women where standing behind the counter and a NOT single acknowledgment AT ALL that they will be right with me. Dead silent. Worst customer service ever. Girl that was helping me has a nasty attitude doing her return. Girl i understand its first thing in the morning but get it together.

I love shopping at this Target. Seriously they have some excellent items and I just love coming here regularly. Parking is easy and wonderful. Clothing here is fabulous but my jam is the ULTA store inside. Excited to come back again soon.

I am the second person to walk in to Starbucks at the opening. The sign says pikes, Sumatra and veranda coffees. I am in the mood for a veranda . The young lady tells me they only brew the Pikes . ???? Fine I'll take a pike with a stevia . She tells me sweeteners are over there and it's self serve? I thought I was paying a premium for service. McDonald's and all other Starbucks put sweetener in the coffee. I guess it's policy and the poor girl is just following orders.

I would avoid this target if possible...unprofessional & NEVER answers the phone. even three years after covid they still have yet to fix this problem. this location sucks

I never wait more than 3-5 min here for my drive-up order. Most of the time the employee is already waiting. Unlike other Targets, this Target has a nice WIDE parking lot and a CLEAR AREA for drive-up. There are also TESLA charging stations nearby. I went inside once and the inside is extremely clean and organized. One of the most organized Targets around.
