Took a Amazon package, which was supposed to be packaged by them, and they wanted me to tape the box and try to sell me the tape. Very terrible place. Took package to Manhattan Beach Ups store, good service, dropped same package off, no questions asked. This store is trash and should be shut down.

On Wednesday, September 19, my partner went to this location to send some boxes, to which the boy who attended her made vulgar advances and took my partner's information to talk to him, which I feel is a great lack of respect, lack of professionalism and mishandling of personal information of this institution, which I ask that action be taken on the matter as soon as possible. Be careful with these types of people

Had an issue with a package and for 2 days they wouldn't answer their phone and the 2x they did actually answer, they hung up immediately. After the 3rd day I spoke to someone that said they would look into my issue and call me back but they never did.

The cashier, a guy in a white shirt, was chatting on the phone and completely ignored the customers. I walked in and had to wait over 3-4 minutes while he continued his conversation. It wasn't until I knocked on the table that he finally realized a customer was waiting at the cashier. This level of service is unacceptable.
