Our three children have attended each kids workshop on the first Saturday of the month every month this year... today was the first time we had a complaint. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Ricardo about our concern. He listened. He was respectful and understanding. I felt heard and satisfied with the situation. But it wasn't over. Ricardo took the time and care to follow up with me and the kids. An associate of the store, Raul, delivered projects for our boys as well as beautiful poinsettias! We are blown away at the concern and care given to our communication this morning. Thank you Ricardo and Raul!

Worst management ever. They won't help you to get rebar from outside. All rebars are inside the store,so if you purchase 50 units of 20' long you have to get it from inside, one by one. Amazing!!

I go to pick up an online order and the lady asked me if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed so I said emailed. When I got to the door this lady asked for my receipt even though it was marked with my name. I said it was emailed and started to look on my phone. She made this huge deal about it and screamed out "Do we email receipts!" Like what a &&*^, I just told her, did she think I was lying?Can't even do your simple brainless job right.

Chris Lewis & Martha Mendoza are amazing! They are phenomenal with their work ethic, their ability to help with our every need and they were super helpful. We came in with a lot of questions and left with the furniture set we needed amongst other things. Home Depot can be a confusing place and you made everything so much easier. It was a pleasure coming to this store and we will be back. Customer service unmatched any where else.

Thank you for helping people before a major storm. Just came by to pick up 10 bags of sand for the hurricane. I was referred by the MDR location that was sold out. I pre purchased the sand bags online. I arrived at the store and the guy at customer service was incredibly helpful and walked me over to the place to pick up the sand. There was a male employee waiting by the sand area ready to help me. He told me where to bring my car. I brought my car around, him and a few other great employee's put the sand bags in my car. There is a hurricane coming and we live in a flood zone. Every employee went above and beyond to help during a stressful situation. I watched these employee's help at least 4 other customer purchase and load sand bags. Thank you!!Online customer and phone customer service was also helpful especially after learning there's a hurricane.

I had a fantastic experience at The Home Depot in Hawthorne. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in selecting the right products for my project. The checkout process was efficient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. A top-notch home improvement shopping destination!

Went to Home Depot to get a Door. Alex was the person who helped us. I like when you ask a lot of questions and answers it with no problem and knows what he's talking about. Customer service is a big part of the buying experience . Thank you Alex you were awesome.

NO open check stands with Cashiers. ZERO for a publicly traded big box store! I had to ask to see a manager and wait for her to show. I don't doself checkout.

The world is turning to AI and I can see why. This worker has been chilling in and out his car and sometimes just blocking parking spots by the carts. When you look towards him he acts like he is fixing up the carts. Then you go inside and every checkout is self check-out. Workers trying to look busy so you don't bother them. What's the point. It's pretty backwards.

Don't order a bbq here that is not in store, especially a Z Grill 1000 mode! 2 months ago I was having people over for my birthday, I thought a new bbq was a nice treat for myself. Turns out that Home Depot has nothing to do with Home Depot.com, which they ordered the Z Grill off of, because it was not in store. After a month (after my party), the bbq never showed up to my house. I went into the Hawthorne location, and Carla in customer service told me that the unit was lost, and nobody knew where it was!? I thought it strange, but stuff happens. I was told that I should re-order, and have it delivered to the store this time. Fair enough, and Carla gave me a discount (120 on the over 700 bucks I had originally spent). Another month goes by, and the same thing happens. This is where things get strange. Carla says "nobody from Home Depot can help me, because it's a Home Depot.com order. Home Depot Dot Com tells me that they cannot get ahold of their vendor Z Grill. Nobody has ANY liability at all. I'm told that nobody can give me an answer AND there is NOBODY to ask. Then I start to show my frustration (I've been super patient for 2 months now), and Carla and the Home Depot Dot Com woman get rude to me, and can only offer my money back. No other option than to just give up, with Zero Answers! So disappointed in customer service here. I guess it's my fault??? Be very careful ordering things here that are not in store. I do give one star because Carla gave me the 14 dollar toilet seat that I was in the store to buy... Ugh.

They had what I need in stock this time, even though when I got to the register the cashier sent me back to get the SKU number... I took a picture and brought it back up stood in line again and she told me it was for the wrong item. That's the SKU number that was directly above the items I wanted on the floor. But she gave it to me for that price and that's why I gave three stars. On another note they really need to get the key machine fixed because for two weeks now it's been "out of order" feels like it's a shake machine at McDonald's.

I don't remember the guy's name on his name tag but he was stellar and was fulfilling my online order in the most timely and thorough manner. He was wrapping the moving boxes in blue tape to make it easier to carry for me. I was so impressed. I actually messed it up cause I was so impatient and when I walked in they weren't at the front yet (my moving boxes/order) so I went to the back to get them myself. But as I walked back to the front 2 minutes later I saw him and he was finishing up my order. I figured since no one answered when I called that they wouldn't be ready but they were! He was excellent! This was I think on July 23 Sunday.
