I am a Hispanic construction worker who decided that during my lunch break I wanted to cash my check at this location. The manager Sean Banks decided to step me out of the line to verify my check. Keep in mind that I cashed a check here last week as well with a bank teller and did not have any problem that week. When we got to his desk he started to take really long to verify my check which also came with a payroll summary attached to it, I reminded him that I was on my lunch break and I need him to hurry up so I can get out of there. He said that he called the account holder but he didn’t get an answer. So I got frustrated and I called my boss myself and as I was talking to my boss on the phone, the manager did not personally speak to him but still agreed to cash my check. Which made me wonder if he stereotyped me and when I see the comment left here ,I see that I am not the only one this has happen too. This gives me assertion that he was possibly stereotyping me. All in all, my experience here was poor the second time around.

My experience with the tellers, bankers, managers, security etc have been great. From my perspective, the representatives communicate efficiently and effectively. Also there is a drive thru ATM and a walk up ATM if a person prefers to use them. Typically, I have a short wait time with this branch. Thus, I am satisfied and recommend them.

Racist & judgemental people here worst baking experience in my life I go there and off instant trying withdraw took so much longer and they did so much looking I’m guessing because I’m a black man with money I would stay far away made me just want to actually close my account customer service was terrible

Called for information and they are useless gave me another number how if you are the bank branch you don't have my information...I can't stand businesses these days

I can see the best customer service I have ever seen people there are very helpful. I definitely recommend this branch.

Avoid this branch, they will lie to you. Teller Julissa Chavez blatantly lied to my face on 1/18/24 about being able to accept an almost brand new $2 bill with both serial numbers that happened to have a rip in it from my wallet zipper. I have a banker friend who is an employee with US Bank that told me, "She should have accepted it and taken it out of circulation. US Bank doesn't refuse money unless it is 50% or less." I have been banking with US Bank for over 15 years and the various branches I have visited have never given me any issues with bills that have rips in them, as long as both serial numbers are intact. I chose to visit this bank branch because it was close to where I was at the time. I have various accounts, such as CDs, business accounts, and checking and savings accounts with US Bank, so it is upsetting that I was lied to. I also have private banking with Chase Bank and have never experienced any issues with them. This branch should train their tellers better.

People working at the branch are nice, but you can’t even call the banker and ask question over the phone. Union bank was much more customer oriented.
