I called in crisis for my stepdad in need of notary service for his dad’s medical information. It was 20 mins until the store closed so I expected no luck for same day but was hoping that we could notarize it in the morning. I spoke with Glen and immediately let him know my step dad’s dilemma, I told him I understood that they were closing and I told him the timeframe we had to get this info notarized. Glen then offered with no hesitation to stay late so that my dad could come and get this taken care of. He went out of his way to do this for my family. He was NOT asked to! Glen is a phenomenal person and a phenomenal member of the team at this store. He spoke to me with empathy and just overall kindness. My stepdad successfully got his affairs in order all because of Glen! Sometimes we forget how far kindness can stretch. The world needs more people like him that can change the perspective of how we perceive customer service, empathy, respect, and kindness. If he isn’t already a manager or owner? He should be! Thank you glen! may you continue to succeed in everything you do!

Wasted a whole day for a package that should’ve arrived by 9am. Then I get a notification that they missed my when I was home all day waiting for this damn package!

This is one of the friendliest UPS store in the area. They manage to have smiles on their faces no matter how busy the store gets. They are quick and efficient as well.

Girl gave me the wrong qoute to not deal with international packages. She qouted me 145 but I went to another location and total was 54 dollars. Also while I was there she knocked over packages from the counter to the floor to not bend down. Extremely lazy, go somewhere else.

I returned a Amazon package at 11:19am on Oct 30. At 5pm I checked the return status and it wasn't shown as being dropped off. Any other time I'd have been refunded. I called the store, and asked him about my return. He acted like he didn't know what he was talking about, said when UPS picks up item's, it'd be marked as dropped off. It doesn't make any damn sense, when I returned it and received my receipt, saying package has been received at store. I checked again at 7pm, still the same. Giving out wrong info to customers is not right, instead of just saying that the lady that took my return didn't do her job properly. It has NEVER taken more that a day to receive my refund, especially since I returned it early this morning. Customers beware. Won't be returning to this location on 120th in Hawthorne again.

I have been a mailbox renter here for years and they are truly the BEST ups ever. I mail and receive packages all the time so I go to upss’ EVERYWHERE but this place by far has the best customer service. Not just with me but with everyone I've seen them service. Even with technical problems or short of staff, thru COVID, they are all the best, respectful, helpful and definitely deserve the recognition. I drive out of my way just so I can continue to use this location even though I've moved. Thanks ups! ❤️173

Sent out an envelope that had a deadline delivery date. They told me it would arrive next day, it’s now 4days later. No delivery and no delivery date.
