Paola was an amazing help and extremely friendly. Although the renting process was really good. They raised my rate to almost double after 2 months and did not disclose any of that information to me at the time of renting. Please be advised that this may happen to you if you rent with them. They get you to donate to a charity to secure a lower rate to not tell you it will go up after a couple of months. They simply say it is a promotion. Please beware. They advertise after hours access but that is not true at all. When I asked about it the manager Benson stated with no prompt that if I was on property after hours I would be considered trespassing. I was just asking about something that was advertised and he started immediately talking about trespassing. Mind you I am a paying tenant with absolutely no reason to speak to me this way. Furthermore the manager Benson is extremely rude and aggressive. Do not rent from this place. Not a good experience at all in the end. Benson is a very angry individual with zero customer service skills. Just because you say sir a lot does not qualify as good, or even as customer service. As stated before Paolo was a pleasure to work with. Benson, not so much. BEWARE.

The staff here is amazing.I've had a couple issues In my move from Chicago.
But the team here really made it seemless.They helped me get my stuff where I needed it without any Problems, Found me the best deals and help me So very kindly when I had to extend my rentalk of the truck be house had flooding. They are amazing and I will use them again every time I need to move.

I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility. From start to finish the process was seamless. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The units are clean, well-lit, and secure—exactly what you hope for when trusting someone with your belongings.
The location is easy to access with wide driveways and convenient hours, and moving in and out was simple thanks to the provided carts and smooth check-in.
It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the facility spotless and well-maintained. The pricing is fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises. And Paola was able to get my a great discount for my first two months!
