Found VR auto online with good ratings. Decided to take my car there after someone did a damage to my car. Was kind of scriptural to go down to Hawthorn but I was wrong. I called Wednesday evening and made an appointment for Thursday morning. Took my car, left there. Picked up on Monday. Results were amazing. The car like brand new. The costs of this repair were $575 which lower that many other shop gave me prior. Hardest paint job was completed. I hope I won't have any damages to my car in the future, but if I do, I would defiantly take my car to VR auto and also recommend this place.

Needed to get my front bumper fixed from a minor collision ASAP and came here as they were the first to respond (and very quickly) when I sent out a service request on Yelp. I had such a positive experience here. Valentyn is super friendly and he told me it would take 2 hrs for the work to get done but they were finished in an hour. Very reasonable pricing. They even fixed some minor issues with my back bumper unrelated to the initial service without charging an additional cost. Would definitely recommend.

Thank GOD for this AutoBody / mechanic Shop ! Not ONLY they are REASONABLE with their prices but they are also Quick with their turnover time, efficient and Reliable!!!Sunday Morning I hit my brother’s car with a big tree …. Creating a dent on the rear side bumper , disconnecting the clips from the bumper to the side of the car … what a headache and way to start my morning . Quickly called few shops that were open on Sunday but had no luck , until I called VR auto collision center ! Told me to pass by and give me a quote . Quote was reasonable for bringing it the same day and expecting to receive the car flawless ! And that’s what I received after 2/3 hours the car was like nothing ever happened ! ThankYou again! Saved myLife !

This shop returned my car looking beautiful. It was an advocate for me with my insurance which was dragging their feet to get an estimate. When the estimate came back lower than the amount of work these guys deemed necessary, they went ahead with the full repairs and only charged me what my insurance would cover. Thank you VR Auto!

VR Auto is fantastic. The back bumper on my car had some minor damage after it got pulled a bit from my car while parking. I got a quote for the work from Valentyn in 30 mins, and it was easily the best price. I'm very happy with how the repair turned out. The worker who did the repair was so conscientious and friendly. If you're looking for a small business that does awesome, honest work, this is your body shop.
