Hayfork Community center is supposed to be where Southern Trinity Health center bus is to pick up folks for their appointments Tuesday & some Fridays but they've had Locked doors since it's started to get cold, the last few months. It's warm inside and cold outside. We are sick or old and we need to get warm and a place to sit.

Hayfork Community Center. The place where they are 'suppost' to help folks out but that's based on income level on paper so if you grow weed then they'll help you. This place is a JOKE.

This place is where people can get help with assistance for the elderly or financial assistance for scheduled doctor visits through human response network also h.e.a.p. Applications are provided if needed. On Mondays there is a clothing pantry for people of all sizes also donations are appreciated

I Provide transportation from this location to Southern Trinity Health Services in Madriver, Ca. They provide information and a lobby for people to wait.
