I highly recommend coming to this 24 hour fitness, especially for personal training. I’ve been working with Jonell for about 6 weeks and have lost 16 pounds. Jonell has helped me find the joy of exercising and working out again. The encouragement, positive coaching experience has helped me find confidence in myself again and the way I approach life. I came in feeling very worried and out of shape, not knowing where to start and what was possible. Thanks to help from Jonell, I found myself again to work towards a healthier lifestyle and journey, I don’t see this as a short term diet. The sales manager James and Dwayne have done a phenomenal job of making this a very warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. No matter where you are in your journey I highly recommend you check them out. The trainers here really want to help and will work with whatever level you are at.Jonell and the 24 hour staff have drastically shifted gears for how my 2024 is going . I am 100% happier, have more energy and my mental health has improved significantly as well.I would recommend any of my friends or family to work with Jonell. He is patient, a great coach, and will keep you accountable.

Terrible service! Rude treatment of customers! Especially the manager Dwayne, was rude, unprofessional. Everything inside is dirty. I was very disappointed.

During my recent visits to HR Fitness, I’ve observed several concerns regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the gym equipment, which I believe are critical for the management team to address to ensure the best possible experience for all members.Equipment MaintenanceA significant number of the gym’s treadmills are currently out of service, with notices indicating either malfunctioning or complete unavailability. This not only reduces the options available for cardio workouts but also creates inconvenience for members during peak hours. Moreover, it’s been noted that multiple benches have been marked as out of order for an extended period, specifically over the last six months. This long-term unavailability of essential equipment hampers workout routines and may discourage members from maintaining a regular exercise schedule.Suggestion to ManagementTo the management team at HR Fitness, I urge you to take immediate action towards resolving these maintenance issues. It is essential to either repair the existing equipment or consider acquiring new machinery to replace the ones beyond repair. Engaging with corporate to request the necessary resources or budget allocations could be a viable step towards improving the facility’s condition.Maintaining a gym goes beyond just ensuring the equipment works; it’s about creating a welcoming and functional environment that motivates members to return. Regular audits of equipment functionality, followed by swift action to address any issues, are crucial components of effective gym management.ConclusionIn conclusion, while HR Fitness has the potential to provide an excellent environment for its members, attention to equipment maintenance and timely upgrades are necessary steps towards achieving this goal. I hope to see positive changes in the near future, which will undoubtedly enhance the overall member experience and contribute to the gym’s success.

The gym is a dump. A majority of the machines are out of order and not fixed. The swimming pool is under maintenance for over 4 days. Needles and poop (yes, poop) in the men shower stall, no soap in the dispenser. The bathroom is just plain dirty. Need to look elsewhere.

Broken hot tub since July 2023, no soap after 7 pm, backed up showers, dirty floors in locker room. Not 24 hours. A pleasure.

Worst 24hr fitness experience ever. All the 2.5s, 5s, 10s pound weight are missing, the collars for the barbells are non-existent, and at least 10 machines weren’t working. The dumbbells are missing. The lights went out in the dressing rooms. Will recommend my friend and I go to a different gym next time.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW...I warn/beg you... please do NOT visit or support this gym.I have attended this gym with my partner many times. It is constantly dirty/dusty. Equipment is broken. and overall a HORRIBLE experience. I am literally not joking when I went into the bathroom one day to find GROUND BEEF in the sink!?Today was the tipping point. 24 Hour Fitness has a policy where you exchange something of personal value to 'rent' the cable attachments. When my partner gave them her keys to workout, she came back to the keys MISSING. HOW DOES A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT LOSE SOMETHING OF VALUE.NOT ONLY ONE WAS THIS AN EXTREMLY FRUSTRATING, BUT THEIR RESPONSE WAS TO CONTINUE WORKING OUT WHILE THEY LOOK. IN THE END, THEY DID NOT FIND THE KEYS AND THE CONCLUSION IS THE 24 HOUR FITNESS WORK LOST OR MISPLACED IT. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, INFURIATING, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND INCONSIDERATE.IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD WORKOUT, MY ADVICE, DON'T COME HERE..

Loving the environment and the overall setup of this gym, I practically come here almost everyday! This is an amazing gym if you're just starting out or are already experienced. Only complaint is the bathrooms and pool area are a bit dirty.

I came in to get a pass and the guy at the front was just sitting there looking miserable as hell. I'm not expecting some crazy food service but his attitude was disgusting. A grown man acting like a child. If you don't want to work, just say that.If the business is curious about who it was (no name tag) he was a skinny a** guy with a darker complexion. Good luck.

If you're gonna become a member first ask if they're gonna close down any branch. I recently renewed my membership at the Fremont branch in June 2023 and they closed down the branch within a month making it very inconvenient for me to commute to another gym and won't give me a refund of the membership amount. Don't choose a bankrupt gym chain that's closing down branches, go to ANY other gym.

We go to the gym at night time due our work schedules. This is the only one near us that closes at midnight. I dread coming here because once you walk in, humidity and the smell of sweat hits you. Weight machines are rarely available and some machines are usually out. Would not recommend. I'm considering canceling my membership
