The AAA Hayward Branch provides friendly, quick, and convenient service. As part of a large member club, it offers roadside assistance, insurance, travel discounts, and car repair savings. The branch is a one-stop shop for many needs, including DMV services, where getting a vehicle registration can take just 15 minutes. Passport photos are available for walk-ins, with a process taking about 10 minutes and costing $9.97 for members. The on-site insurance agents are knowledgeable, kind, and responsive, helping to combine policies easily. While some travel bookings may be expensive, the location remains popular for its legendary towing service and helpful staff. Went in there to do DMV stuff only. The place is pleasant, nice music playing, it's organized and the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable. It was a seamless, quick and pleasant experience from start to finish.
