Jurrell is a true asset to this store. My phone provider is with T-Mobile but, I needed a Business phone so I bundled At&T wifi, landline and a mobile phone. I tried to set up my mobile phone. Exhausted all efforts. I walked into this store and Jurrell patiently and very politely helped get my phone activated. He troubleshot all the problems. He not once showed any annoyance or aggravation. I have been with T-Mobile for many years but, I have to admit I might just change my personal phone provider. Jurrell I want to thank you so very much! Jurrell is deserving of my business and acknowledgement of such great customer service.

I have been to the store on several occasions and the lady with purple hair has the worst customer service, she always responds in a bad way and never has clear information, she does not resolve doubts and practically does not help with anything. Very bad experience, I will not return while that person is there.

This store's service sucks! They're making up their own rule via phone, and when they get caught they'll hang up! I called for help to this specific store (Southland Mall) for my order which they put for me, and they said they can't find my order and they're not the one who helped me.

I had ported my number to AT&T and was supposed to receive a sim but it never arrived. I had to visit the store to get a sim but ran into a bunch of problems while activating it. Alex was superb while helping me out. He knew how to resolve every unexpected issue and did his best to get things done at his end. He had thorough understanding problems and solutions. I was at the store until I was able to make a call on the AT&T network.Went there on a Friday afternoon and the store was not busy. I started with Adrien but Alex took over when we were stuck. Adrien was quick helping other customers and at no point it felt like the store was crowded with lots of people waiting.

I went into this store in April to get a new iPhone. The person that was helping me, signed me up for insurance, without my knowledge. So I was paying a monthly fee for insurance without knowing. I tried to ask for a refund / credit after I saw that I was being charged, but they refused. Not a good experience.They need to train store employees to share ALL of the information and charges that a customer is signing up for.
