I have always had my truck serviced here. It's quick and easy to set up an appointment and the people are always pleasant. I like the confidence of knowing that I am getting original parts for my car every time I come over. At some point, I thought of going to another place for service, but for what they were charging, I decided that it was worth the time, effort and money for the confidence of getting serviced here.

I recently had my car serviced at Autonation Toyota, my main reason for going all the way from my place is my Service advisor : Mario Cacerez, my service advisor for several years. Following him from a different dealer/service. Always very impressed with Mario's professionalism and service. He always answer all my questions patiently and accommodates my schedule according to my needs. He goes above and beyond to help me with issues having with my car. Mario is very knowledgeable , and explained everything in detail, making me feel confident in the work being done. The service was completed quickly and efficiently, and I was very happy with the results. Thank you! Mario ! your outstanding service, makes a difference.

It was a fairly easy process to both purchase and return a car. They're all very polite and nice. I waited for awhile and although my car title is still missing, I trust they'd get back to me eventually. I generally like AutoNation. They just make the process of purchasing a car much simpler. I'd probably go back and buy a car with them in the future.

Toyota AutoNation in Hayward CA have given services on my multiple cars for years. I know that it may take longer time to wait but I feel more confident to leave my cars on their hands because they are honest, professional and knowledgeable. I just buy extended services package for my cars in coming years.

A simple oil change should not take over 2 hours. Plus, the guy even forgot to turn off the oil change reminder. Very unhappy.
