My mother and I went to this bank at Monday morning.We had a simple request to add me to her account.Apon walking in I noticed no one was there to talk to. Despite four people sitting in the waiting area, told my mother to go take a seat and i'll wait for someone at the front desk . 12-15 later a Woman walks up and ask how can she help. I explained what I was there for for and she told me it would be await of 1.5 hours!!!!.Shocked that it would take so long I said no.She then told me I could make an appointment but it would 2 weeks out!!!.I declined collected my mother and left. Who has 1.5 (which really means 2 hrs) to wait for simple a request.

At this day and age I consider this a very disrespectful hard to deal with branch. I have been banking with this branch since 1988 and I had considered it a great branch until the last couple years. First of all I am not white I am a liter shade of chocolate brown but anyway back in the day's when the branch was ran bye white folks things were great friendly service kind people. That realized how to put out kind and friendly service. In the past I have had checks written to me under my First and last name or my middle or last name and there was no problem depositing it because they had all three names under my SS #. Today I go in there to deposit a check that's under my middle and last name ohh nooo we cannot deposit it because its not your first name even if I show them my drivers license that has my complete First Middle and Last name on it and BofA has all three of my names logged in. Today it feels like I'm walking into some getto bank in Tijuana. sometimes I wonder how safe my money is at this branch.

Don't bother to come here! Service sucks! Look like today is the end of the world that's they don't want to see customers. Managers are rude and racist!!!!It takes forever for them to move the line and it takes them a min to say " I don't know" and " we have the service"!!! So please do not stop by this location!!!!!! Don't waste you time and energy to talk with the people there.

This location is always slow. It does not matter what time of the day you come. Please do not bother stopping by if you are in a hurry.

I came to the Bank to resolve the transferring mistake that was caused by the Bank representative.Vanessa, the Bank Manager, helped me and I am happy with the customer service she provided. She is very respectful and explained everything in details. Thank you, Vanessa! Keep up the good work!

A location with arms and video conversation for service! Close to Costco which make it easy to do ATM banking and go bilk shopping!

Service is very slow and worst they only have one teller for today but even though they gave full force service or tellers, this branch is the worst branch you could ever go Don't waste your time , the service is almost more than an hour

If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worse bank I've ever been to. The staff is rude & inconsiderate, & what is the point of even having a merchant line/window. It opens later than the rest of the bank , you are made to wait longer because they chose to either schedule or hire the bare minimum employees. It doesn't matter what time of the day you go , the line is always out the door. Then the staff has the nerve to act like they don't know why the customers are irritated or rude ... I will never go here again & hopefully my company changes banks like we're working towards . Absolute worst business ever!!!!!

Standing here in line for over 30 minutes to see a teller and observed the following.... - 15 customers standing in line for a teller, some standing outside of the bank. - 7 customers seated, waiting to speak to a banker Meanwhile, the bank has the following available staff for help... - ONE regular teller and ONE business teller to serve the now 15+ customers standing in line. (TWO empty windows, and the ONLY regular account teller just took a break ) - TWO bankers in the offices dealing with 10+ frustrated customers who were waiting even longer than me. - ONE confused looking manager walking around and not being of any use whatsoever. Why in the world is this acceptable? This is a sad failure of a branch and somehow worse than the one on mission Street I was trying to avoid. Would never even think of coming back here again.

Only on bank teller at noon? And that's one banker talking care of both personal amounts and business accounts. Make that make sense! Line of people out the door and no urgency. Someone asked the manager if we could get another teller and he said "wait in the line or leave"...rude much
