I’ve lived by this Bank of America for 5 years and in the last 5 year Ive been turned away many times due to no tellers or lack of employees. They should close this location down instead of having customers go in for no reason.

Worst customer service and bank trying to do deposits and no supervisor could help. Because she was alone in the bank, or at least that's the excuse she gave me.

O stars. Manager never seems to be on site. The person giving appointments give you different timing than confirmation. Locker people look through window to watch you. Shady people.

Do not go to this location, only one window is open, have to wait 30 mins to get serviced. This location will be closed in 2024 August.

Worst bank ever!! Just keeps going down the drain, have had them for over 20+ years and they don't take coins as a deposit unless your a business. How dumb is that's why there is a coin shortage. Dumbest thing I have ever heard. We'll definitely be calling 7 on your side to investigate this branch.

Abhorrent and slow service. Do not bother calling unless you want to jump through hoops and speak to a robot for 30 mins unhelpful staff, hot inside, garbage facility edit: I cannot describe how angry coming here made me I hate you people with a passion. I hope this bank fails

DO NOT USE THIS BANK beware fair warning . Their atm machines are always down and today I actually went inside the bank to deposit $5000 I went to the atm because I thought it was safe my money got stuck and it didn’t return it and now I have to file a claim , I needed that money for rent . The manager here is extremely rude and take 0 responsibility for any of the atms as they basically told me it’s not their problem they will make you file claims and you take a chance on getting your money back . After it had happened one of the representatives even admitted to me that their atm always have issues and they still do not close it! This is such a scam , they take your money then make you file a claim I’ve never heard of something like this before . Beware do not use this branch at all

Wasted my lunch break coming here to make a transaction that I am unable to complete at an ATM. Waited in the lobby for five minutes before someone who appears to work here to walk past. He mad eye contact with me-obviously waiting for a teller and continued to walk away until I spoke up and asked him if there were any tellers open. Nope. Just ATM. What a waste of time.

GIVE DOUGLAS A RAISE GIVE DOUGLAS A RAISE!!! I came in looking to withdraw cash and realized I forgot both my BofA cards. Douglas went ABOVE AND BEYOND and was able to help me complete my transaction. Super kind, nice, knowledgeable, patient. AT LEAST GIVE EM A GOLD STAR OR EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH PLEASE SOME DONUTS ANYTHING!!The new interior is pretty chill too

I came in here twice this week; my experience was very good on both days thanks to a brilliant teller who knows how to give excellent customer service. I am a very-low-income client but was treated as if I am a millionaire. There was a long line of customers waiting ahead of me, moving rather slowly due to a shortage of tellers, but on the bright side, that shows there are a lot of folks who trust this bank.Judging from what I saw, the BofA teller who dealt with me must see at least 100 customers a day, but when I returned on Friday after being in the bank on Thursday, she remembered me (greeted me with "You are back!") and also recalled the details of my previous transaction. I regret that I did not get her name but she is a beautiful woman with a braided hairstyle and a very elegant accent; might be from the African continent or the West Indies. Treat this employee very well, BofA; she is worth more than her weight in gold!

I have been Bank of America customer for 30+ years. It got worse and worse. In Hayward area they closed 3 out of 4 locations (Mission str, Hesperian, Castro valley) with no warning, no reason, no excuse... The one that is open now is in the A street. There is only one Teller is open on any given time. Every time I go there, I have to wait at least 45 minutes. I made an official complaint that the branch manager "Mois" did not want to come out and talk to me, the HR apparently told this to Mois, he had someone who works under him called me like a joke, and told me, do not hold your breath, it will not get better any time soon... I am taking my business somewhere else, actively looking for a better bank. By the way, YELP, the first FIVE STAR comment is totally FAKE!!!

I went there a couple of days ago and I felt like I was in either the twilight zone, or in the 1950's. I went to get a few thousand from a joint checking and savings account I have with my husband. I didn't have a bank card, and my phone number had changed. The manager came over, i believe his name was Moiz, and told me I needed a second form of ID for that amount I wanted to withdraw. Instead of telling me to come back with my passport, he tells me to bring my husband! Can you believe that? The little woman needs to bring her hubby to come get money of their joint savings account. That's some sh*t right there. I called my husband and he couldn;t believe it either. I solved the problem by writing a check and depositiing it into my bank and then transferring money. I wanted to avoid that because I wanted in my other account at Chase immediately. I don;t know what country that dude thinks he's in, but this is America and that sexist bullsh*t isn;t going to work.
