They (Omar) responded very quickly to my service request, and they had a technician out to fix my window the next morning. The technician made sure to test the new window operations with me to ensure it worked properly and he did a great job cleaning out the broken glass. (Thanks Jose). They also worked with me to save some money when the insurance quote wouldn't cover the full amount. Overall, a great service experience and id happily recommend them to friends.

Omar and his techs (David and Luis) were able to replace my windshield within an hour. As I watched them do their work at their shop, I could tell these guys were experts. They were quick but efficient at their jobs. Omar quoted me a great price so it was a no brainer to go with them.

You definitely want to go with Bayarea Autoglass. Omar was a great help with getting everything situated and organizing the repair. Responded quickly and communicated with me even during off hours. David did the repair and even came to my workplace at the time we agreed on and was also friendly and did a great job. These guys are kind and helpful people so I highly recommend them.

Excellent service by David! He arrived at my home on time and completed the replacement of 2 car windows efficiently. He vacuumed out all the glass and all around did a great job. Also props to Omar for his friendly and efficient handling of the job overal.

One night, I left my suburban at the bar parking lot and took Uber home. Next day, I went back there to pick up my suburban and noticed someone broke my passenger side window but nothing missing. I went online to find affordable and found this company. Applied there. Few hours later, Omar reached out to me through text to discuss about price and date availability. Price is fairly and affordable. He sent his technician to my location next day in the morning and installed new window within 1 hour. Stress free so I don't have to worry about people going through my plumbing tools and being cold while driving. Thank you Bayarea Autoglass Depot. Highly recommend.

I don't do reviews often, but this is well deserved.Chose to do business with these guys based on their reviews. Did not disappoint. Was able to accommodate same day and finished within 2 hours. Other places advised it would take multiple days to order parts for my car.Luis and Omar took care of business. I lived nearby, they even provided transportation to pick up my car. Really thankful they cleaned up the broken glasses inside my vehicle as well. Saved me a whole lot of time. Top tier customer service. Thanks again.

I will call these folks from now on for any windshield work. Luis arrived when he said he would and texted me on arrival. My BMW is a bit older so some of the trim pieces are very brittle. They were damaged when he arrived but no additional damage was done, which in my opinion is worth quite a bit. I can't say that for Peter Pan - the last people that replaced my windshield. Omar was very professional and quick with response when I inquired about prices and scheduling an appointment for my windshield repair. When I arrived to the shop I was greeted warmly and offered to sit in their lobby or take a walk on the Hayward trail to the Bay while I waited for my car windshield to be repaired. . Luis was the technician who replaced my windshield and he did amazing job. I definitely recommend this Autoglass repair shop. Price was affordable and the team was great!

great service! was able to asses and get my repair setup in less than 10 minutes. next day repair and kept me posted and confirmed parts to save me time. nice sunny waiting area with a tv. on site repair is available also. everyone is super friendly and transparent. will definitely return and recommend to family/friends.
