Please just do not trust this bank. I been with them for 14 years. And officially had enough. My deposits are processed in my account whenever they want to, no type of security. I only feel comfortable talking to the director. This is not a bank you trust. Please choose another bank.

Customer service is terrible. Ask questions I can't answer; I live far away and if I need phone assistance, it's virtually non-existent. Thinking of closing my account and transferring to a credit union that is responsive. Also online help is horrible. Nice people but unable to help despite being able to answer most of their questions. When I couldn't answer when I opened my account (over 40 years ago) - I was told I would have to speak to a representative (then who was I speaking to?), and said representative never calls back. It's the loop from hell!

I will close my account, I have been a member for 6 years but honestly they have the worst customer service, I am very disappointed. whenever I come most of the ladies are unprofessional, impatient and very rude. Today we went to open an account for my aunt and also apply to refinance her car. The woman at the window didn't even want to open the account, she said she was going to go to lunch and when we had questions with the application she was ignoring us. We started the application to refinance, the woman was so unprofessional, she asked for the car registration, the contract, miles, etc. We provided everything then she said I'm very confused, I'm not even know how much down payment she paid. I don't think the contract is complete, I'm going to run the credit but she is not going to qualify because she doesn't pay rent is her husband who pays the rent. So I asked her, which documents does she needs to bring to prove that her husband pays the rent? and she told me I don't know, I'm confused, it's complicated. Basically I don't think they even want to work there, they're so unhelpful, they can even told me what kind of documentation we need to bring to show prove of house renting.

Very Obsolete! Their ATM equipment Has to be from the 1980’s. They aren’t registered with Zelle. Inside the building itself smells mold it with old carpeting probably from the 1980’s. Horrible banking establishment. I don’t know of any other Baycities location in the state of California. The other credit unions don’t recognize them. I for banking I have to travel 120 miles round-trip to see a teller.

My husband has been a member for years, and we recently financed an auto loan through Bay Cites. We compared rates from other financial institutions and even through Tesla's financing. The rate we received at Bay Cities was the best! I'm talking rates that are 1.5%-2% lower than others. There is also incentives for setting up automatic payments and purchasing an EV. Our loan officer, Aurora Domingo helped us through the entire process and made this experience amazing for us both. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, immediately corresponded to our emails/texts, and ensured our loan was all taken care of. We are so impressed by the service we received from Aurora, we will be sure to use Bay Cities again for any other auto loans in the future!!

All the tellers are nice and deserve 5 stars, except one that sits at the end at the desk window. Very rude, unfriendly women. Always acts like something is something wrong with information provided (ID, acct#, social security number and amount depositing) . Been going here for years. Not a problem with any other teller there. This crazy women now questions my money, told me one of my bills was too dirty and could not accept it. I don't know if she just likes giving me a hard time or what. Name is something like "jemhi". Please re-train this women with customer service, how to treat customers with respect and to say Thank you!

Well normally I'd be giving a 5 star rating because the folks here are awlays pleasant. But I give it 1 star now and WOULD give it less if I could for taking away weekend hours. This is the only bank within a 2 hour drive of my home at which I can deposit my checks, and I work 9am to 5:30pm M-F. Used to be I could come up on a Saturday before 2pm and deposit. Now I have to plan for a 2+ hour drive each way instead of 20 minutes.

Currently live out of state. I've been a member for years, and I'm closing my account the second I come to CA. I just can't believe their service right now. I'm so upset.

Everyone I know that goes here & is a member loves it. I've been a member for 5 years. Awesome staff, great experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to go here and recommend it!!

I've been a member here for a decade now. Started off with a simple checking and savings account and a few years down the road I got a car loan and opened up a line of credit. You're greeted when you walk in the door by the kind staff. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend banking here!

I’ve had this bank for 10years now and I am just so dam tired of them. They continually leave me stranded on vacation with no money and no support to reach out too. They are closed all weekend with no after hours. I’ve been stuck in different states with no gas money to go home. I’ve beeen stuck at restaurants with no money to pay. They always put fraud holds EVEN when I tell them I will be out of town. Even after I release the fraud they place it again! This most recent issue is, they put fraud on my card, froze my money without permission, told me they ordered me a new card… two weeks later I go In because I haven’t received my card and they say they never ordered me one???!! So the release the fraud on my old card because it was never fraud in the first place and it worked for one transaction and then fraud alert is placed on my card AGAIN!!I have been without funds for 4 days and now they’re closed today?!!&& no one to help me!! I have no food in my house, no diapers for my kids, no gas to go anywhere and my bills are passed due all because of their incompetence!!! Like I said this is not the first time!! No exaggeration, this has happened to me at least 14 different times. I AM FINALLY DONE WITH THEM!!
