They were able to fix all the dents and scratches on my car and the paint job was flawless. They even finished the job ahead of schedule! The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the staff kept me updated throughout the entire process. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

I give this Auto Body Shop a 5 Stars. The owner Mr Zee was so helpful during my hardship and my car got into an accident. I thought my car was totally loss but it was a miracle a few weeks after my car was in the shop i went to check on my car and surprise It was like Brand New after they fixed everything, I mean everything that was damaged by the accident. My car got into accident , driver on side lane in freeway bumped my car very badly on passenger side . I took my car to Bay City Auto Repair & Body, they made my car brand new and replaced all parts that were damaged in the accident. The repair time was very fast 4-5 days. The owner of company Zee went beyond to help and called insurance multiple times because I had no rental coverage on my insurance ( I have added it now), it's hard to find a business who take cares of customers in such a way. He totally take cares of his customers and I think he is the best repair shop in east bay. I would totally 100% recommend this place.
