They basically told me to go to another location. And that they couldn't help me. When I went to that store they told me to go to the agent said that what I needed to do wasn't an issue and that location is known for turning people away and making excuses for what I wanted to do

They don't honor their agreements they one on phone and do another they would give money back that I paid took two weeks before I received the phone and it was not what paid for than told me I to give another payment of same amount to get the phone I wanted and now they say I have to pay for the phone and it's not the I wanted customer service stinks they don't have a office to go too.
