A solid, no-frills storage facility. I was a customer through the ownership change, and while prices have gone up and there are some pest challenges, Marco was exceptional. He made the whole process easy and positive. For an accessible and affordable spot with great service (thanks to Marco!), I'd recommend it.

Great experience for the last 3 years.
The only thing I would like is to have later/more hours to access to my unit. Sometimes I wanted to go early morning before work and couldn't because it's open from 9 to 6 wich is so early opening and closing hours for me. But other than that I never had any issues not even with the new company transition. I never got anything stolen or lost and I really liked it when they added a cart to help bringing stuff out of the unit. It's really helpful, also the code machine to get out of the gate is not there no more because now there's a sensor when you pull closer the car it automatically opens the gate wich make things way easier!

I'm a relatively new customer of 2 months and I have had nothing but stellar service with the representatives from this storagee company. It's also worth mentioning:
I visited every storage facility within a 7mile radius of my residence and this place was THE cleanest, most secure, and least expensive than all of them. Plus, it's in a safe area too.
