HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer service today. Went to go buy some vans and took over 20 mins to get from the back THEN the cashier did NOT say 1 WORD to me. NOTHING!!…. Grabbed my shoes and left. I’m never stepping into this location again.

Me & my husband went to get him a pair of sneakers. The young lady that helped us was there as soon as we crossed the threshold of champs. She was polite, patient, respectful, and empathetic. She brought us his size in about 4 or 5 different style sneakers. My husband settled on a pair of Jordans and 4 white thick T shirts. I paid under $150 plus we weren't in there but a hot minute

Saw some shoes on display and when I was just about to swipe my card a girl comes up and tells me she can't sell them to me . Then why are they in display ? She probably was hiding on to them for someone else . Very unprofessional and rude .

Young kid working brought me the Curry 8's all black dominant with white soles and I'm like hey the scuffed can you grab a fresh pair. Do unprofessional and had the audacity to ask me where I'm like on the side and the soles were dirty af! The associate said thats there last pair in 11 and I called 15 mins prior and they said they had 3 pairs left! Sucks because this the only store I'm the mall woth my size! Fit that Asian dude on today's shift! No kind of customer service and everyone else in the not welcoming just goofing around while there was at least 8 other customers. I used to work in a shoe retail and this was disappointing! Dont ever shop here i suggest you take your buisness to foot locker or sheik!

Came in to check for some shoes for my nephew, which they didn't have. (Kobe Bryan shoes).. of course they don't have any. Under the circumstances rip Kobe: the employees where nice though since they told me "it'll be hard to find and stores won't have them for awhile."

I ordered shoes online to get picked up at this location. I called the night before I came to pick em up to make sure it was all ready, the lady I talked to confirmed that it was all ready to get picked up. Drove an hour the following morning to pick up the shoes and when I get there Zavian, the only guy working at the time, tells me someone had sold my shoes that I had already paid for. It was the last one in stock in my size. Hella frustrating but shout out to Zavian for being so helpful. Still wondering how the f*** that happened when I literally called the night before, and literally placed the order for the shoes less than 48 hours ago.

You are welcomed in into the store with a smile. I recieved Excellent Customer service. Attentived, Professionalism, Expertise & Excellent Service from the Manager Maricella at Champs. She was multitasking in her daily task, also helping out another customer. She was able to assist me on picking out a style for my husband. He loved his suprise from Champs on his birthday and the color. The entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to her. I highly recommend buying shoes at this location. Coming back to get me a pair.
