There is a young woman I assume the greeter of sorts but overall her customer service and patience was superior. Ms. Natalie thank you also. You was very understanding and informative. I wish you all the blessings for you as well

3 starts well deserved. I called 800 number and told me that come to the bank as they will give help me. Young le came asked me for ID walked away and came back 5 min later saying they can’t see what I was looking for, I asked him if he knew what I was looking for, him being quiet gave the answer I told him what I was looking he walked away again 1 min later saying he can’t do it. I’m on the phone with 800 number again.

Where do I start. Thank you Mr.YungLEE you really saved me today. I needed to talk to a banker to finalize some paper work and transfers. He was kind enough to squeeze me in between his next appointment. This man saved me a lot of money today! God bless you YUNG! Very helpful and kind.

The bank manager here, Mr Emesi, is awesome. He's incredibly helpful and really goes to bat for you. The tellers I've worked with are friendly and nice and get the job done.

Opened a business account and Chase recommended ACH protection, which we approved. Chase never notified us, as they were supposed to, about pending ACH requests, and even ones that we approved were blocked anyway, so all ACH transfers got munged. Only after we cancelled the service, did a bunch of notification texts about the ACH transfers finally come through, but we could no longer see any pending or blocked ACH status at all, since we had turned the service off (all history of them were wiped). Seems there is a competence issue...

Chase is the worst, managers are no help at all and they don't talk to their corporate office.The chase customer cares gave me a set of instruction to follow to remove the hold on my deposit. I followed the steps and brought the proof needed but the manager refused to look at it and said he doesn't have authority or power to help me on this. Now i am in their lobby calling customer care and on hold for 40 mins - that should tell everyone how chase works.

Natalie is amazing! Super friendly and professional! She made me feel like family. Banking is just banking, I get it, but building positive rapport with clients is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this bank.
