Very expensive! $34 for an hour of play time and if you want to jump in the trampoline, an additional $15, just to receive $1 socks and they charge $15 per kid to jump in the trampoline.Don't let me get started on how long I’ve waited in line. There’s only one girl helping, no one else hops on the register. It’s truly ridiculous.

I'm going to give this a 3 star because the new trampoline jumpy house should be free after the purchase of points or pizza. Kids had a lot of fun but could not go into the jumpy. Also, please feed chuckE he looks like he hasn't eaten in days. There is no excitement when kids see him. Really boring mouse, NOTHING LIKE ON TV Commercials. Damn pay me 100k. I would do a better job. He seems he curses his life every day to wear that costume. Find enthusiastic workers for this establishment. Develop long-lasting relations with kids and family. I want my kids to remember, and hopefully, this company stands the test of upcoming times. My review is not for the employees but directed at corporate level management to make better choices.

Well, it was very entertaining for the children, my friend had a party at the place and it's a shame that the service was very very delayed, they didn't have enough staff to serve so many people, they had many events going on that day and the boys couldn't cope, they have to take the events into account to that they can put enough staff on those days

Not what it use to be...Leaves a lot to be desired!But the kids had a decent time but that's because they only know this version of this place.Staff could use a lil more positive upbeat energy.Don't let the name carry the work for you... It's just not enough.Update: After our most previous visit out of convenience... I stand on my review...EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFFS PERFORMANCE... The company's new system of doing things and the food... Could use A LOT of work! From the brown salad they were serving to the cardboard pizza dough that was harder than chips ?Not to mention how you have to play games now ??I miss the Chuck E Cheese from when we were children ?

As much as they charge for pizza and salad bar it should taste better and have more on the salad bar than they do. By the way if you purchase all you can eat salad bar ?? don't forget to take your used salad plate up to be inspected in order to get a clean one. ???.Kid-friendliness: Games.

Our daughter had a blast here. The games and entertainment are definitely worth it, and we will be going back. The food is only ok and takes a very long time to come out. They also didn't get our order quite right. That being said, they were very apologetic, and overall VERY friendly and helpful.

Seriously YOU MUST pay attention to the charges. I had an employee over charging by about $20 for a meal that was clearly on the board that included drinks. Staff seem as they really do not want to be there so be patient on that end. Children do have fun...just keep watch of your own if you do visit.

Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here this passed Sunday. Our party host was I believe and I hope I'm not wrong, was Heaven. We were the first party at 11am and our host was fabulous. She really made the whole experience genuine and memorable. It was kinda corny but I love my kid and I'd do anything for her happiness even if it means dancing and shouting at Chuck E for her birthday. The party package we got was very cool. Unlimited play for 2hrs for the kids and that silly wind tunnel pod with the tickets flying around. Party host Heaven 10 out of 10 stars. Amazing kindness and lots of patience for the kids. Her interaction with the kids and parents was on point.

The salad bar is probably the only good part about this place.the rest of the food is not that great and for the quality it’s very over priced.Your better off going to have dinner elsewhere and just bring the kids to play in the arcade for the night.
