“I've been attending SCC for almost 6 years now, and have been so blessed to call it home. When I moved to the Bay Area, I visited multiple churches to find where God was calling me to stay. I knew this was the place after my first visit. I was welcomed by loving people from all walks of life with open arms. This church is a beautiful mosaic of different cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds where no one person feels less important than the other. I'm so glad I found a real community of believers, who I can turn to for anything, as we pursue our calling together. SCC is rooted in scripture, powerful worship and the belief in Christ as our savior.”
“The atmosphere is conservative. The songs are uplifting, and the people are cordial. Parking lot fills up fast, so don't be late. Scriptures provided on screen. Bring your Bible, Bible app, or tablet. Let the Lord lead you in your decision-making process. Blessing's.”
“Daniel C.'s review is completely and utterly incorrect. And this church does not even do "destiny card" readings. That is just his occult mumbo jumbo in his Satanic and Anti-Christ-themed attack against FRCC. He only posted a negative review because we could not please his selective hearing. Furthermore, this is a Chinese/Taiwanese church. He just doesn't know what is going on half the time since he's an English speaker hence his false and negative English review. As one of the few trilingual translators here, I'm writing this to rectify his lies. In fact, he made that Yelp account just to spew his nonsense. Click on his account and you will see. I am glad he left, he was always late and very rude, and would always try to steal rolls of toilet paper from the bathroom.”
“Very peaceful and amazing temple ?
You can almost find all of the hindu gods and priests really perform the poojas extremely well. All the festivals are celebrated well ?”
“My family and I started going to Encounter around October '24. The church is very spiritual and on fire for God. Good friendly people. After about 6-8 weeks of attending Encounter, my family and I just felt that Encounter was not the right fit (church) for us as a family.”
“Did not visit the church (yet) but visited the winter market and ice skating rink. Ice skating was very well organized. They re-iced the surface every hour, had first aid on site and was very decently sized. Will visit again next year.”
“The Most kind and welcoming reception I have ever had at a church. God was speaking through this pastor. This is a Wonderful place to worship the Lord with friends and family in Christ. Worshiping with psalms and hymns and songs of the Spirit to the Lord our God. If you come here you will find "IT", and will know what "IT" is. "IT" is the Holy Spirit from The Lord. And "IT" is here in this church, Kaleo Christian Fellowship Church. The Holy Spirit is present in the praise and worship to The Lord, in the message from The Word of The Lord delivered by Dr Russell A Duley, the Pastor, in the fellowship from the members and the elders, and shown by the love of our Lord, by all who attend. You have to come and experience "It" to know what "It" is.”
“In addition to the public affairs Facebook page and the San Lorenzo Ward and other Ward Facebook pages, this has the potential to increase communications among members of the church and friends.”
“A Christ-centered, spirit led church that is firmly Bible-based. We went for the first time and felt warmly welcomed by everyone. The worship was genuine, and the word was convicting - my wife and I (we are in our 20s) will absolutely be back :)”
“Dominion life church, is place to go when you think is all over, or you are alone, there you will experience God, the preaching is direct from the Bible, and also is placed to grow in spirit, I love the church, I know you will feel the same way. Come and experience it yourself”
“20+ years ago, I searched for many churches in the bay area. I want a church that's focus on Bible teaching which based on objective interpretation than subjective opinion and also a family like environment where kids can grow up and members can bond. I was lucky to find two. One I spent over 10 years to raise my kids and then they moved to another church because of their friends. And here I am. The other church I love. Bridges community church. The reason why I stayed at this church was not because of the sermon, church program or facility, it was the people, the life group. I was invited to one of the life groups and was very impressed of the emotional and spiritual support in every aspect. Raising challenge children, praying for one another for various issues, even food delivery when I got COVID. The brother/sisterhood love among everyone was amazing. We have hiking activities in the summer, monthly birthday celebrations, men's Bible study group dinner, church Fall Family Fun on Oct 31, mid autumn festival celebrating, church choir/mini orchestra was amazing too! After 8 years, I've learned so much and grown so much. Praise God for leading me to this church. ??”
“Such a warm and inviting place for people of all backgrounds! My husband and I, are not from the area, but our children were welcomed into the community as if we were family. So thankful for the volunteers who aim to do the work of the Lord! Thinking about placing our membership here to continue the relationship.”
“We are new to St. Philips and so far it's been welcoming, calm, and educational. They are looking for more families to join. Plenty of room for growth in the congregation and lots of classes for adults during the week.”
“We love coming to Holy Spirit Catholic Church every Sunday! It’s become a special family tradition that fills our hearts with peace and gratitude each week. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the homilies are inspiring, and the music truly lifts your spirit. The priests and community make everyone feel like family. It’s a beautiful place to pray, reflect, and grow closer to God together. So thankful to have such a wonderful church to call our spiritual home. ?❤️”
