Really unpleasant return experience! Tried to return an item today and the people at the return desk (supervisor and manager) were extremely condescending and rude. They claimed that I was missing parts from my item, which did not exist (these parts did not come with my item). When I proved to them that the same item in that Costco also did not have these parts, they still denied my return citing that "I can't return any item with missing parts". I understand the policy that you can't return items without all the parts but it doesn't make sense if the item doesn't come with the parts to begin with. The bad attitude and incompetence of the supervisor and manager were to be noted as well.
I ended up driving to the Costco in Newark and they handled the return smoothly. Disappointing experience for this Costco. Do not recommend dealing with these people!

So busy and should have better hours. Every Costco should open at 0630 and close at 2230. They would make so much more money and way less of a crowd all the time and better parking for disabled
