EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!Truly grateful for Mohammad and the shop's last minute help with my car today.Came in for a simple brake inspection / repair and they found a major issue that put my life in jeopardy, due to the incorrect work of another body shop.Pricing was fair and time frame of their work was accommodating and reasonable.I will be back for future maintenance on my car as they have earned my trust and respect. Yo YO YO CROWN TIRES & AUTO REPAIR IS THE BEST THE WORKERS THERE TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR VERY WELL. I had a place replace the fuel pump that did not work and the fuel pump they gave me did not work but Crown tires replaced it with a better one that actually works. On Memorial day, my kid and I were on our way to Shoreline for a concert we were already a bit late for, we got a flat tire. It was 5:15pm on a holiday, so not a lot of options. My husband called around and Mohammed of Crown Tires & Auto Repair answered. He had just left the garage but came back to help us out! He was super kind, found us a replacement tire, and changed it so we were back on the road right away. It could have been an absolute disaster but Mohammed saved the day when he could have easily said they were closed. Eternally grateful!Service: Tires

We had a pretty urgent issue pop up on our car and searched for a close shop. Crown answered the phone right away and invited us in. They took the time to explain the issue to us, show us the problem and worked with us on the solution quickly. Afterwards they even took the time to explain to our daughter some car care tips that are going to save her in the long run. Appreciate you Crown. We will be back.

Long overdue review for this place with a great owner like the many other posts already covered.Just moved to Hayward early 2022 and had a flat over a holiday weekend and everything was closed.Drove by Crown and noticed their garage door was up and another car was getting their flat tire fixed. I was also able to get the flat fixed right after. It was not until I started talking to Mo (who happened to be the owner)working on the flat did I realize that he wasn't even open on that day but was just in the shop to get some paperwork done! He just worked on 2 flat tires because couldn't see folks stranded on a holiday.So recently when my Tesla needed new tires, of course I would go back to him! No issues and kept me updated on progress.- A happy returning customer.

They don't care about your vehicle. They also don't have the insurance to cover the damages they do to your property. The owner strung me along for months and put me in a horrible situation. Avoid this place if you can. Literally put me in an unsafe situation by being negligent.

Highly recommended this location! My husband and I, unexpectedly got a flat tire and thought we only needed a patch. I called multiple spots and had little luck finding someone who could do a quick repair. Thankfully, Mohammed was kind enough to call me back and assist with our tire after he closed. What made this experience a good and memorable one is that he was honest about what needed to be done and made sure we had the best solution. He went out his way and made himself available. They damaged very limited edition rims, have no respect for the customers or their vehicles, and lie through their teeth about replacements if they damage something. This place has proven that they lack automotive and business expertise, if you can’t do tires correctly, then I wouldn’t even trust my oil to be changed here.

My Hyundai Tucson broke down, and I went to this shop based on a recommendation from my friend. I was extremely worried since this was my first time dealing with car trouble. However, Mohammed was very friendly and assured me that everything would be okay. He took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance company (a huge hassle as we all know) to fix my car with a new engine. He was very patient and gave me the time I needed to make any decision, and he took care of the insurance agents (that were not the friendliest lol). I barely write reviews here (check my profile), so do know that I feel very strongly about this when I write something here

Trust is the biggest factor in choosing the right auto repair shop, especially as a female who knows nothing about cars! There is an auto body shop near me but doesn't do mechanical work so I asked Ivan at the auto body which mechanic would he take his personal car to. Immediately, he said Crown Tires in Hayward. Within the next hour, I brought my car to Crown Tires and I saw right away why he recommended it. They were so professional. The shop was very clean (even the bathroom) and all the repeat customers have been going there for over 20 years. The prices are reasonable and most importantly, it's a place I trust! In fact, a new unrelated issue happened to my car less than a week of fixing a separate issue and without hesitation, I brought it straight back to Crown Tires to evaluate! Highly recommended!!
