CVS has got to have one of the worst appointment scheduling systems I've seen from any major pharmacy. I work in IT and I deal with a lot of terribly-designed, user-hostile systems; this is one of them:
-Location finder system is laughably broken - entered in a ZIP code clearly in the East Bay area and it finds "nearest" locations in San Francisco...
-If you make a mistake, there is no option to go back to make corrections
-If you book a timeslot and cancel (since you can't "go back"), the original timeslot you selected is permanently removed
-Asks for information that is not available (RxBIN number, etc) - I don't have a CVS Caremark card, I'm with another provider, why am I being asked for this?
I'm just trying to book a simple appointment to get my booster shot. If you'd like to keep your sanity, stay away from these clowns.

This is the worst pharmacy in the entire bay area. They need to be SHUTT DOWN! They be trying to kill people playing with their medications, and always trying to blame the doctors and the insurance company. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE WELL BEING. All that sorry s$#@ you can keep

This store is supposed to close at 10pm everyday according to their website, the automated voice person, even yelp! I showed up today at 9pm and as soon as I parked n started looking for my face mask, someone inside the store quickly turned off the lights! Like really?? Apparently nobody wants to work here till 10 so why not change the hits so that people are aware and don't show up expecting it open..I'm coming back tomorrow to speak to the manager . Ridiculous people. 0 stars!

We got a next day appointment for Covid booster for my son. Ramanpreet Kaur was the pharmacist that administered it. She was kind to us despite us being late due to traffic. She also confirmed everything before giving the booster. Thank you for your patience again. We really appreciate it!!!

I just hang up with Tiffany or Stephanie from pharmacy, and I never encountered such unprofessional individual like TIFFANY /Stephanie whatever !!!, she think I have no life other than calling her or their CVS location bcuz I was transferring prescription , and it seems so difficult for her , like one d*** pharmacist that so stupid showings a customer that she is can't multitask, and I thought transferring is a good sign for certain entity to transfer from where else to CVS , because that's a business for CVS and if everyone from CVS have attitude like Tiffany/Step... they better start to look for a new place to work , SHE WASNT JUST DISCOURAGING ME TO NOT TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTION, from Walgreens to CVS but telling me , a customer, how she spent 20 mins already for helping me, and bitching about she got 53 prescriptions in front of her to take care and said I'm wasting her time , at first I didn't want to argued because I'm bad , so bad about when I've got pissed (omg ) , what did I do wrong? I was transferring prescriptions , and it's not my fault if she is loaded with work , and froM the get go she was telling me already what to do , so I don't transfer my Prescription from Walgreens to CVS and taught me what to tell Walgreens so they will be able to process my RX , so weird that you giving all the info for Walgreens to keep more customers , and for customer not to go CVS bcuz your butt can't handle it , SO SORRY FOR CVS THAT YOU HIRED SOMEONE THAT ONLY CARE ABOUT having just few customers at her own pace , call help if you're busy and don't pushed away customers, and I just can't help it anymore and I asked her what kind of CVS employee are you , that don't like business for your employer, she was giving me too many excuses that , if she will transfer my prescription will not going to happen till next week, and I said ITS OK and she kept whining again that I should just keep my RX to Walgreens, I got so mad and raised my voice because I didn't know what's her problem and she ENDED SAYING "I will hang up the phone and I can't help anymore.... Grrrrrr b**** ... and that's what her intentions , so she excused herself to help me SMH .... Praying that will not happen to you one day
