Called in to verify product availability before I went to the store. Was hung up on multiple times, I could hear the store associate talking each time before they hung up on me. Terrible service.

This Pharmacy is a ripped off went in today this small India girl told me that my prescription is not cover by insurance and the cost of 30days is $100, I said Doctor prescribed is only for 14 days so give me 15days, she said is going to cost me $70 so I said then give me the 30 days for $100, this girl change the label that said $100 print another one and said it $157. I was so mad and just told her she is a thief working in the pharmacy. Don't go to this CVS for your medications.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Got plaxovid prescription from Teladoc. And they wouldn’t dispense the medications saying it has to go through insurance even though I was ready to pay out of pocket. Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Never use this pharmacy for your medications

The pharmacy is a rip off. As long as they are making money they don’t care even if the Dr had a mistake in the prescription. We will never go back to this pharmacy and transfer our prescriptions elsewhere

On my days visiting Hayward, I passed by that Cvs when I got to the cashier to pay, I asked the cashier on duty for a product and asked if I could check my coupons and mini, she didn't bother to answer my question or help me, she was a bit aggressive I don't know why they are supposed to help the costumer and he didn't he was rude to me he was a young man the truth is I wouldn't want to go back to this CVS place they don't know how to treat the customer well with dignity as one deserves
