Never had I had an experience like today I forgot to get the technician name but he has brown hair and nail polish on. I went there to drop off a prescription and told the technician if he could let me know how much it cost because I will be paying out of pocket since I don't have insurance his immediate response was to say "your paying out of pocket for this?" In a condescending tone like why would you pay out of pocket, I stated because I don't have insurance. Either way it's doesn't not matter if I pay out of pocket or not would you rather me try to rob the place??? Then it was hard to hear exactly what he was saying but he looks at my prescription and saids "they don't know your birthdate?" (This prescription was from the optical place next by) and then I'm assuming ask me what's my birthdate - AS HE WAS WALKING AWAY FROM THE COUNTER- at this point he is well over 100 feet away from me behind the second counter (not where I am at ) and I could barely hear/ completely register what he is saying. He then comes back to my counter and ask me "you don't know your birthday?" To which I told him I could not completely hear him since he walked away. What was he expecting me to do even if I did hear him clearly yell out my information for everyone else to hear??? I tell him my birthdate then he pushes the prescription towards me and holds out a pen waving it at me like duh write it down why are you telling me..... this is the part that gets me you could have easily the first time say write down your bday and hand me the pen after all that you wait for me to finally answer then look at me like I was the stupid one as to why I did not have it written down on the prescription the DOCTOR WROTE in the first place. At this point I'm pissed but I ignore it and don't confront him because at the end of the day I just need my prescription and move on. I then come back 30 min later to pick it up and once again I could barely hear what he is telling me but I take my best guess to see what he is saying to hurry up this process before I pay I'm signing all the forms needed I come to the last one and I briefly see something along the lines " authorizing for 3 months medication...." So I ask him this is not a recurring bill or something right cause I do not need 3 months worth of eye drops. He IMMEDIATELY gets snippy and rude and was like everyone here has to sign it if you want your prescription. I was not trying to refuse signing anything I just wanted to make sure I didn't sign up for something because I did not read the previous prompts (before anyone said why didn't you read it, it's like one of those consents that no one actually read in full detail because then we would all be standing there for 5-10 min reading every little detail) but overall his attitude and response was rude as if he has better things to do. I didn't stand there and try to argue with him or go back in forth I just had one question and if it really takes that much energy to answer go home or get a different job. Thinking back at my experience I had an idea of what he was saying but could not completely hear him so I kept having to say I'm sorry so he could repeat it but his attitude and response was as if I was giving him a problem or attitude. I have gone to plenty of places where customers are the ones being rude or workers being rude and I get everyone has an off day and I never am the type of person who goes out in public expecting that amazing customer service bullshit but I am big on giving what you get back, that is why I didn't say anything the first time but for me to come back 30 min later and you still have the pole up your ass of crazy to me. I could understand if I a customer is rude to you and you got an attitude or get upset but for it to be unwarranted is crazy. I have worked in both medical field and customer service so believe me when I understand what people got to deal with!

I received a text notification that the medication was ready. So I get there when they are still in lunchtime, which I understand so I decide to wait 30 minutes since I was already there. However, the clerk that was there when they open. Was very rude, beyond rude, and said that my prescription was not ready yet.And when I tried explaining that I had received a notification saying that it was ready, he cut me off again rudely and said it is not ready.I think the staff needs training in customer service. He could have said my apologies, I am not sure why you received a notification that the medication was ready, but we will get on it right away.It could’ve been approach in many different ways. This guy didn’t care about the customer or his job.. no work ethic for sure.

It took me 4 trips to pick up my prescription. They told me everytime I return that they will call me but that hasn't happened. VERY POOR SERVICE. Pls instill it in your mind that we senior citizen need that regular maintenance for our blood pressure. You should not work there if you can't do your job
