Is a decent place the rooms are amazing but the staff is lightly spoken they offer continental breakfast but it is more like a sacked lunch and they require a $100 cash deposit upon reservation which is not the best considering others in the area do not require

Wost place. No Cleanliness. Customer Service is worst too. Giving Pandemic excuses for not having coffee in the room. Accepted! But if you are giving Pandemic as an excuse then keep the rooms clean and maintain sanitization.

Rooms are a little outdated and it wasn't as clean as it should have been, in fact when we checked in the door was cracked open, so the floors were dirty coming in, and there was a shirt left in the corner of the floor between the bed and night stand, that obviously didn't belong to us. But other than that, the night time staff, the gentleman that helped me, was super accommodating, very friendly, made checking in quick and easy and let me pay for my room with cash like I prefer. So the process was refreshing after a long day on the road, parking was a bit tight and limited, but that's to be expected with it being on such a main busy road. The morning staff, was not as friendly, but still quick to help us and accommodating when we decided to stay another day. The shower was spacious and had a nice handicap accessable area to sit down should you need. Water was hot which is a must for me and had sufficient water pressure. The room was priced right for what it was, I would stay here again, and just hope that the dirty room was a fluke.

When we tried to check in the attendant in front said we had to pay a $100 dollar deposit that had to be in cash or else we could not check in. He even had a print out he quickly pulled out to point at the required cash deposit. Came back later that night with the cash in hand only to have a patron in front of us request to not have to leave the mandatory deposit the and was still allowed to secure his room. Also, we were given a key that did not work. I went back to the office several times to they could give us a working key. After about three tries the attendant came with me to verify the key was not working. He used the manager's key to open the door. He said he would return with a working key but never did. The room had exposed wiring at the light switch by the door, the smoke detector was hanging from the sealing by the wires. There were dead bugs on the bed. The bathroom was discussing, not cleaned prior to us using the room. There was also a funky smell in the room. We contacted the front office at one in the morning to let them know the room above us was making a lot of noise. They said they would get to it but the patrons of the room above us were still playing music, jumping around and making noise when we checked out at 11.The whole experience and the unreasonable deposit that only applies to some made it worst. We left this place itchy and unable to take showers due to the state of the shower tub. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

They require a cash deposit from all guests wether you use a credit card or not. There was no continental breakfast which was listed on hotwire. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and they refused to bring another one to the room. They are unfriendly. There were burn holes in the comforter as well as they don't move furniture to sweep. There was trash and a significant amount of dust and debris under and behind the night stands. I didn't know I was staying in such a shabby motel. The only reason I gave them 1 star was google won't let you give a 0 star review. Do not stay here.

This place is super sketchy, dirty and just all around a bad place to stay. When I was sleeping at night someone tried to open my door! Immediately got a different hotel the next day. Don't stay here unless your last resort.

i booked a room through booking and tried to cancel it right away but it didn't have that option, so i called the hotel to refund me because i didn't stay at hotel but the manager was too greedy to give me back my money and refused to do so, i ve never received service that i paid for and they still took away my money . they didn't even give it back a part of it, could ve returned some of my money since i didn't use the room and charge me for cancellation fee or somth, but those bast. rds are greedy and have no class . absolutely wouldn't recommend this place .

I always liked the rooms at this motel don't if which are special. They are large, have lots of character, are still appointed, have bars, and some even stoves. Physically this place is nice. But management has been a problem here. Recently they have had a complete turn over of all staff and management. The owners and attempting to get it right. I hope they succeed because from a value and quality of stay perspective this can be a really nice motel. Lastly, it is my understanding they this Days Inn lost their affiliation with Wyndham.

They moved me to the room next door when I saw there was no shower curtain over the tub. It was relatively clean & quiet. The bed was great. For the rate, I'd say it was a good deal. Don't forget to bring $100 with you as they take only cash for the deposit!

The Staff did the best with what they had. No towels in the room, had to wait till morning to get them. Who ever owns that hotel should be ashamed. You leave your staff with no supplies and do not fix up the room. This is what the inside of the bathroom door looked like.missing door knob, rusted fixtures, water that scalds or freezes depending, sometimes both. For 87 a night, really?

I wasn't going to complain, however, this experience was terrible. If I wasn't still double charged from my stay on 7/7/21 I would have let this go. I booked and paid through Expedia.com. When I got there to check in they "require $100 cash deposit". I have never had to do cash. So I walked down to an ATM do get this crap place their $100. I also was charged separately twice on my credit card for my stay In addition to the original Expedia booking payment. I did get the $100 back the next day but, I had to ask the manager Ricardo a question. "What happens if people destroy your hotel room? $100 cash is pretty dumb because your tying your own hands". He said "that's a good point". He was young, so whatever. I told him I was charged separately upon check in 2x by his front desk. He assured me it's been refunded, and I asked "BOTH $73 charges are being refunded?" And he replied "yes"So here we are 20 days later, one of the charges is still not refunded!! After calling the property 4 times this past 7 days with none of my calls being returned by Ricardo, I decided to share my experience and contacted Expedia to make this child refund my money! And because of ALL of this I am leaving the pictures of the room for all to see!DO NOT STAY HERE!! TRUST ME!

Horrible. We were given a room that was not cleaned the bed was smelling of urine and had an obvious yellow stain right down the middle. O ly upon a seco d complaint with a photo would the manager even move us. Then REFUSED to offer any discount.Corporate and City officials have been notified. Avoid at all costs. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life. Housekeeper lied and said I broke a plate in the microwave. They charged me for an appliance I didn't even use. The housekeeper broke the plate and accused me of it. Then forcing me to pay otherwise the police would be called. Dont trust these people. They're very unprofessional, they're liars, and they will try to swindle money out of you anyway they can.
