I used to love this location but the Hispanic female manager needs to get checked. She followed me outside of the store after a disagreement over BALLOONS. The worst problem is they have bodies clocked in but they're all just sitting around bsing their time away. No one knows anything about anything. I waited 15-20 minutes in line just to be told I'd have to wait for them to knock out the line THEY WERE DUMB ENOUGH TO GET THAT LONG. After 15 -20 I wasn't willing to wait as every other person white/male was being helped with their balloons immediately when the so called manager stepped in. Instead of trying to resolve the problem she told me I could call corporate a little embarrassing that a manger can't take it upon herself to resolve issues if you ask me. After that she started to walk away so I was like is anyone going to give me the balloons or not. She said no. Didnt even bother to ask if I'd been charged for them or not. Mind you this lady was literally just walking around.! I got frustrated and started going back and forth with this lady before walking out. NOW TELL ME WHY SHE FOLLOWED ME OUT OF THE STORE CURSING AT ME!? I thought I had started recording her and as soon as I brought my phone out she turned back around. Believe me when I say I IN FACT WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!

Horrible location. Dirty. Manager is useless. Who takes a break with one cashier and a line down to the coolers? She never helps when needed. Poor management and ownership. As soon as the manager think someone is robbing the place she runs out like a victim. I don’t know who owns this place and the other one on Mission but it’s eye soar for many reasons.
Do better for the community!!!!

Literally the worst store. Always a line to pay. 5 employees but only one at the register. Ever. The manager lady seems unconcerned as do the employees that continue to stock and do go backs while the line snakes to the back of the store. Mis-run and entirely irritating. Like I said the store sucks, but you still can't beat the 4 for $5 items they offer. Too bad the store workers don't care about customer service.

Never have I ever seen a better stocked, clean, and friendly Dollar Tree. No boxes in the isles. Everything so clean and neatly organized. I live in Martinez but will drive to this store anytime and I recommend you do the same. 31047 mission blvd in Hayward Store number 4118. The manager and all the staff there were so nice and cheerful even after a busy day they all had.

A clean location and it has a lot more of a selection than my closer Dollar Tree. They had crafts, a huge holiday selection and helpful CSRs. I was looking for a holiday stamp for my Xmas cards but they didn't have the stamps, only the red ink pad. I picked up a gallon of Crystal Geyser and a makeup vanishing towel, both for $1.25 each. We'll see how the towel works out. Review #84 of 100 in 2023.

the service was ridiculous. the store has merchandise all on the floor, no one to help you on the floor. the outside of the store is like homeless people live their, the ground is so bad youre scared to walk on it and the garbage is all over the place. the owner need to power wash the house entire property. this is at Mission plaza, hayward, Ca

Most products contain toxic chemicals, including lead, pfoas, CoCs, etc...
No refund policy as well, so you are stuck with any poison you happen to buy. Avoid this place. Do not buy anything here.
