I called at 9am on the dot Monday and followed up later in the week because I didn’t hear back from anyone I was told I wasn’t one of the 1st 7 people to call and try again Monday of the following me.

I called at 9:00 am sharp & was told I would get a call back within 24 hrs because I was 1 of the 1st ten. Never got called! Horrible
