The front gate has Has been broken for over two weeks. We pay to use the storage and to get in and out of the facility. We am able to do so when the gate is broken and management has yet to fix it. Using the app, the app sometimes does not work so we could not get access to the facility. Yet you are still taking our money this is insane. You need to fix the gate already. it’s unacceptable. Have not having access to our storage while paying for it is unbelievable.

Staff at this location are very easy and pleasant to work with—whether over the phone or in person. Darren was very resourceful and understanding, helping me find the right solution for my temporary needs. Overall, this site is well maintained and love the ease of use with Extra Space’s mobile app.

Great customer service from Darren, answered all my questions. Second time setting up a storage unit with extra space. He was able to assist me without an appointment no problem. He also let me know about the extra storage space which is really helpful.

This is a horrible place. We will definitely be leaving. We had three incidents there. On the first incident, we noticed a completely different lock was on our unit so of course we couldn’t get in. They claimed they don’t know what happened. Nothing was taken and it didn’t look like anyone broke in, however, a completely different lock was on our unit. Who knows what happened, but I had to have them remove it and we had to buy another lock. After this, our unit was broken into twice and NO ONE notified us. On each break in incident we came to find a lock from Extra Space was put on so they clearly knew it was broken into. The guy told my daughter they had many break ins and she asked them why no one notified us and she got the typical response, “ I don’t know I wasn’t here.” I’m definitely thinking now that all these break ins are an inside job.
