Picking up meds from this rundown sh I t hole pharmacy requires at least 2 hours. At the busiest time they haine moron, who moves at the speed of snail while the line gets longer and longer...I guess there's a reason why, it's in Hayward!

Very disappointed with the pharmacy, got turned away even though there was more than enough time to pick up my moms meds. Obviously customer service it's not important to them. Pharmacist was completely rude and didn't care that I needed the meds, if I could give them no stars I would but not possible.

Third world country location and pharmacy. WAITED 20 minutes for Flu/booster after having had hip surgery. In pain! Had to leave. DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR ANYTHING!! Dirty store, not enough CAPABLE staff and just depressing environment.

Went in to pick up pictures I ordered and they looked them up in the system and sold them to someone else.. how did u not look at the name. Now random People have pics of my family. Weird.

Normally Walgreens has at least decent not great service. It's mixed sometimes good sometimes bad, the last time I went in I asked someone for help, she told me I'm on break, then less than a minute later she was stocking a bottom self

Yuck! Long lines in pharmacy. They need a numbering system. This allows epilepsy to sit or shop until they are called. A numbering system would alleviate the headache we get when standing in line. Just today, it took ten minutes per person to fill their request. There was only one person at the pharmacy counter. They need a different approach like something that works for us as them.

This Walgreens have two rude workers one Filipino lady and one Indian or middle eastern lady. Today I'm door dashing and the Indian lady stares and hawks at me almost the whole time I was in the store. Once in line she offers another customer to cut me. Then she was rude and dry while assisting me and didn't even tell me I had cash to use after I entered my phone number. The Filipino lady is just loud for no reason every time I come in here just a ghetto mess. These two ladies need to work on their customer service skills. I have over 20 years experience and they are awful.

Long lines. Efficient but can't follow simple directions. I asked for the pharmacy technician to remove just the medication from the bag and give me that. She kept putting it back in the bag with all the papers stapled. Not sure what's to difficult to understand--- just Remove my patient information and toss it in your HIPAA bin. Also, use the paper bag for someone else. What a waste because you can't take a second to think. She told me to remove it all myself. That's not the point. I want to decrease me touching anything anyone else in there has touched, save paper, and protect my info. It's not hard

Baby formula is available here! Those searching should go before it's gone. Lots of things are locked up but they have quite a few staff on the floor and they are quick with answering calls over the intercom. Restrooms also require a call for someone to open the door for.

Pharmacy 100% struggling. Please go to another location or Costco if needed. Family member had an asthma attack and went to urgent care, script was ready in 10 mins. 2 trips and 2 hours to this location later, and still NO medications. Went to urgent care again because he couldn't breathe anymore. NEGLIGENCE.

I don't even know where to begin! I'm about ready to sue this Walgreens pharmacy. They mixed up my 7month olds medication for somebody else's!!!! Thank God I checked because who knows what would've happened if I didn't!! I'm so incredibly furious. Don't go here!! Look at the RX numbers..

Don't get your meds shipped to this location. The guy with the curly hair takes longer than the sun to set... the line is always long, he moves at a really slow pace like he doesn't care. Araceli at least talks with a smile and wants to help. The guy also hides his name tag... obviously Oh never mind it's a Kevin . Kevin the Snail
