Worst manager in the store, she refuses to exchange or return an item with a my receipt she was rude and arguing with me when I clearly got my receipt! Worst manager ever not helping a customer purchase date 7/16/23 todays date 7/22/23 item is defective she didn't even open it to check herself are you kidding me the item is open how I'm I supposed to know if the item is not defective she's not following the store policy

I miss seeing as many older games at these places. I wish they had more retro stuff, but I suppose online sales make that hard to market. Still, I'd stop in more and probably buy more if they did.

nigga honestly i had a terrible experience here. One time i was tryna cop that new watch dawgs legion n the dude just wasn't having it tryna id us n shit like we was fina buy a pack of marlboro reds or sum henny. Nigga it's just a video game n my boi already had facial hair. Anyways we called dis dude later in the day and he still wasn't having it, i tried to bribe him or get it backdoored but this mf was the gamestop guardian. bottom of the line is i will never shop here again.

I bought a minecraft lampshade last 2/28/22, 1 open display and 1 on the box. I grab the 1 in the box, when I got home, my son got excited to open it and ripped the top portion of the box and surprisingly, it is a different lampshade. Checked on website and there's 2 different one(honeycomb and glowstone). Called store and spoke to a lady and saying that the lampshade is not the one that is being displayed got confused because the one on the box it shows bee too and I want the one with hanging bee(honeycomb), but the problem is the top box of the lampshade is ripped but can be tape, so the lady said yes I can exchange it with no problem. 3/8/22 went to the store and encountered Arnold the store leader who is mean, rude and saying "how can I sell this if the box is ripped?", I explained to him that the lampshade is new and it's only bought last week, got confused with the display and the one on the box, also told him that I spoke to a lady and told her that the top of the box is ripped and just want to exchange it with the display one and she said no problem. Arnold continue to argue with the condition of the box, that he cannot sell it, he will just return to manufacturer, that next time he will not accept it, he can offer only today as a final sale, repeatedly 5x final sale, as if he is talking to a kid. Literally the lampshade is new, only 8days old with receipt, the only problem is the top of the box is ripped but was able to tape it and closes. He did the exchange repeatedly saying this is a final sale, no return no exchange and I told him, if you want check my record I never returned any from GameStop and inform him that I even called regarding the situation of the box before returning it. I was so pissed off the way he treated me in the store as if I brake the lampshade and return it. Here come the honeycomb lampshade that he exchange, no box, no light bulb included. I asked for the lightbulb and he insisted it doesn't come with lightbulb, I showed him the one on website specification that it comes with the bulb and he insisted and said no it doesn't come with bulb, so nothing I can do but to exchange incomplete item with the same price, no box and no bulb. What a lazy, rude, mean Arnold. I should have just return the lampshade and got my money rather than buying an incomplete lampshade with same price but I did not do that just in consideration of the box that is ripped on the top, knowing that they can sell the lampshade without box. Yes, I am so angry with Arnold that I have to call corporate and report his attitude. He could have just said simply that he cannot accept it because of damage box, I could have return it to other store and have a good costumer service. So I am giving a 1 star for this GameStop store because of ARNOLD, not because of the merchandise but it's because of ARNOLD's attitude. ARNOLD, the store leader is MEAN, RUDE and LAZY with very bad customer service. If only there's only no star, I will not give any star at all as a rating.
