I went in to explain to the associate that I had a cancellation with my order per the customer service help line. Customer service told me to that I could go into the store and order the product or buy it in store if it was available. The associate refused to allow me to purchase the product with the promotion I was given when my order was placed. So, without the refund and the being refused to purchase the product at the current promotion price, Ive been charged double the amount of one product and no answer of when a refund is expected. Big time rip off and even bigger waste of time. The employees there are of no help. TERRIBLE!!!

Terrible service, had a pick up order here and they were just like it hasn't shown up yet but didn't go check it on the computer like other GNC's. At other places, they would process the order early if they have the item in stock

I gave this store a zero because of the rude azz employee and no stock for what I was looking for. I walked in hoping to find my protein but was told it wasn't in stock. This is crazy considering all the proteins on the shelf. In addition to not finding my protein, Shawty with glasses offered to get it delivered. This would take 1 or 2 weeks, which is super inconvenient for me. I complimented her eyes and asked for her number, but she didn't have to be so rude about it. You'd think it was a compliment, but she was a b1tch. In my opinion, this employee was not very professional. She said that if I didn't buy anything, I should leave because she was busy working, the store was empty as f4ck, so she couldn't attend to the only customer in the store? She pretty much kicked me out. B1tch doesn't know how to handle compliments and needs people skills. I wouldn't want someone like this working in my company, especially interacting with customers. She needs to be humbled and thinks she is pretty, an arrogant b1tch is what she is, gnc needs to hire more professional and customer-ready employees and be better at stocking up on things at their stores..

0 STARS but that's not an option to choose to leave a review. This company should make quality assurance checks when hiring managers or any employees for that matter, that directly reflect their name and business. Nancy is horrible. She is the epitome of this location just needing someone to work the shift no matter how bad they are. If she doesn't get let go, then a demotion to the back room where she does not interact with customers is ideal. Your title does not give you the right to act the way you do. Especially when it involves children. Then when my husband calls the store to get her name while I file the complaint, he tells her she shouldn't treat customers the way she does, and she hangs up on him. We're all going through something in our lives. I get it. But if you're not cut out for customer service or just hate your job, then that's a YOU issue. Not the customer's issue.

This store location should get a new manager. Yes Nancy you should be replaced. You as a manger should know better about customer service. We walked in to your store looking around planning on purchasing other products, yes other than PRIME drink to which you yelled at my wife and kid from across the room in front of their customers. Yes GNC has other products in the store other than Prime drinks. I understand you probably get rowdy kids going into your store and causing issues but my kids were behaved, weren't being loud or touching stuff. If they wanted something, they either go to me or my wife before they do. Your behavior is unprofessional, and belong in the back room where you do not interact with customers. People like you makes customers like us go elsewhere.

Many of the food supplements and vitamins I use are not carried at GNC. I also seems like this store leans towards servicing the male population over women. I won't visit them again.

We came here today after our workout at planet fitness but they're not open. The operating hours posted on the front door says it opens at 11:00am but the lights aren't on and there's no sign of staff inside. We left.

The 5 stars goes to the employee who assisted me named: Rudy. This gentlemen is always attentive when I walk in or when I notice others walk in the store. Rudy always informs me of the promotions available to pro members and let's me know how I can save by bundling my supplement purchases and has a great working knowledge of the supplements offered and the benefits of my chosen products. He is a down to earth individual and I always look forward to talking sports and nutrition when I come in to shop here.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with GNC and when I brought this to their attention through email I received a case number and no resolution. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encourage all others to do the same. I visited this store a couple weeks ago and the doors were closed, lights were off. I figured maybe the employee had to take a break or lunch so I ran my other errands in the mall. After over an hour the store doors were still closed. I checked Yelp, who usually has the most up to date business information, and it said the store should have been open. I sent an email to GNC to let them know about my experience and see if they could offer free shipping for the inconvenience and I could just order my product. Apparently they don't offer free shipping for this type of situation. I will be looking for another place to get my nutrition supplements.
