Went in some months back to get info and pricing to repair a bent frame on my truck. Was told by Mauricio that they could take on the work but they were busy and booked out a month and half from the time we spoke. Set it up and he said he would call me. Month and a half in i called just to check on everything to make sure that we were still on and he said yes, that he should have enough room soon, 2 weeks later and no call. Never called me back. Seems like he buys crashed cars, fixes them at his shop and sells them so it leaves no time for other customers. Would never recommend or use for future help. Side note, shop was very unorganized. Was recommended Aarons body shop in Hayward and my truck was taken care of on the date we decided on.

It certainly pays to shop around. I got a nasty scratch on the rear bumper of my 2018 Highlander from a dumpster that I parked near to play golf. Went to a "national branded" body shop and got an estimate of $1,178. The I went to a locally owned shop and that estimate was better $987. I got a tip from my mechanic to try GTO. Mauricio quote was far better, like $650!!! I left feeling really good because Mauricio was very friendly, straight to the point and I just felt I could trust him. Brought my car in and 2 days later I got it back. That nasty scratch was gone, like it never happened. Since I was paying out of pocket I was really happy with the price and result. If I ever need auto body work, I know where to go.
