I also moved out of E21 at the same time. Everything went smoothly, I had the unit swept and cleaned in time, I even repaired some of the sheetrock, as I do that kind of work. I don't know if I made the damage or not, doesn't matter. Ann told me she was going to turn off the automatic pay and she did. No complaints.

I was lied to think this place is “the best storage in Hayward” for one I came into this place on a Friday to take a look and go over with the front desk attendant. Office hours listed online Monday-Saturday open 9am-6pm to 10am-4pm Sunday; when really it is closed overall. Moving forward I come in Saturday to see if anyone is in and again nobody and then again Sunday and so forth. Today is Monday I need to move by tomorrow and no one to be found on the property. I have already paid online am still awaiting to sign legal paperwork to move forward with the process. I have contacted the number provided in which it sends straight to voicemail. It is such an inconvenience to us people when whoever is needed in the office doesn’t show up or isn’t there to begin with when online says otherwise. Wasting my time and my money. It was a mistake coming here to begin with when I could have had everything completed with somewhere else in a day. Spare your time and your money do not come here. No one will help you, respond back to you or show up. Thanks

My friend and I came in because they wanted to rent a unit since we just moved to the Bay. From entering we never felt more welcomed with hospitality than we did today. Candy is absolutely amazing she gave us her undivided attention while still managing everything at one time. Definitely a powerful woman holding everything in place. She had mentioned the manager was on vacation, but I feel like she is doing an incredible job running the facility all by herself and keeping it up how it’s supposed to. Such an angel in disguise. It’s been a difficult time with the move but she eased up those emotions. She definitely deserves major recognition.🏆 A big thank you Candy!!
