BEEN WITH METRO FOR OVER A DECADE NOW AND USED MANY DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND ID HAVE TO SAY THAT.....Customer service is better here than at most metro stores and their tech is great to work with. The manager is almost always willing to go the extra mile, but give the guy a break a ruff day is a ruff day.ONLY THING IS THAT I SEEM TO CATCH THIS LOCATION AROUND FIVE IN THE EVENING AND THE ONLY PERSON THAT'S IN IS THE MANAGER...THE DOORS ARE LOCKED, CAR IS OUT FRONT, AND IT TAKES FROM 20-45MINS FOR HIM TO EITHER BE BACK OR COME FROM THE BACK TO OPEN THE STORE UP AGAIN.....I GET IT BUT PUT A SIGN UP SAYING THAT YOU STEPPED AWAY FOR A MINUTE OR JUST POST A CLOSED FOR THE NEXT HOUR SIGN. MUCH EASIER FOR US CUSTOMERS THAT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!Otherwise any other time is usually great and I would have given this location a five star instead. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I have been a customer of Metro since they began. I have always had good to very good customer service in their retail stores until I went into this store. The young woman there had a dumpster personality with no professional communication skills. I went in with an 82-year-old wounded veteran, here on vacation. He purchased a phone and was told he had unlimited service and data. His data ran out after two days. He was told they have a 14-day return policy. Two days after the purchase, and after going to a T-Mobile to get a new phone and a "real" unlimited plan, the young girl said they only had a one-day return policy. She refused to give her name, the name of the manager, or the business owner. She did not care this older man was without data and rudely ignored him and she tried to insult me. Thankfully the service was purchased with a credit card and the transaction is being reversed. Do not pay cash there; and really, just go a real T-Mobile store.

It is an excellent place, it has free parking, excellent customer service, they speak Spanish and English and it is very easy to find.

Real close to my job. My family has bought several phones from here. They always give us a great deal. The last time i was there he combined my accounts and saved me $33.00.bucks a month. Thanks guys. Service is always good & polite and they are always trying to improve my phone experience.The Store is neat and clean.

I went there to cancel 1 number from my account and pay the late payment. The person who help me (Mo) was very helpful, everything done beyond my expectations! He was doing extra mile with called the MetroPCS customer service and solve my problem very quick and friendly. This is something I never find in all MetroPCS I ever went before. Thank you Mo! You are great!

The manager is great. He help me for over one hour to fix a problem with metro pcs. He did the extra mile and help me until the end. This place is worth to do business with. 100% recommend it.

In and out quick. Came in to get a galaxy s5 charging port replaced and they're unable to without insurance on the device. Was recommended to replace the charging port at Southland instead which is around $60. Got a nano sim installed on a unlocked iPhone 6 which will be used temporarily until the other device is fixed. The process took 10 minutes. $30 for a new sim and transferring the number onto a different device.
